I expected a better performance from Barcelona. But their performance was mediocre. Girona has been in pretty good form in the last few matches. And they have been able to maintain their consistency. Girona is happy to share the points in this match.
I don't think Barcelona's attacking performance was good. Barcelona managed to make a total of 18 shots in this match. But only 3 shots were on target. A better performance was expected from Lewandowski. But he is not able to play consistently well with the Barcelona team. If Lewandowski's performance was good, Barcelona might have won. Also, Raphinha and Ansu Fati are not experienced enough yet. They often miss a lot of easy opportunities.

This has been a horrible week for both teams, who have not been able to live up to their condition, as we all expected from them to win, and even more taking into account that their rivals were not hard to beat. I'm with ya, Girona's gotta be all smiles snaggin' a draw versus Barca. Halting the league's top defense is no joke, so big ups to them. Sports are like a brain-teaser, right? La Liga is over and you could see it first at how Real Madrid played and second at how Barcelona played. I don't know whether you watched the game, but they had only 3 shots on target and 60% ball possession. I think 3 shots on target in a home game against a team like Girona is very poor. But what is the reason for that performance? Obviously that Barcelona knows the La Liga title is theirs and even a single point would give them a net advantage on that weekend given that Real Madrid lost their game...

Barcelona just making the bookies happy as that is the main reason I think they didn't manage to win yesterday night  .By doing so they keep all of us who bet on them unhappy but we are used with such scenarios as we always lose most of the time.

For the title fight though they can afford even to lose 4 more games and they would still be 1 point ahead of Real while 9 or 10 games remain in total so it look easy for them and impossible for Real Madrid to win the title.This is also a good reason to never bet on teams who are further ahead in distance in points.

Barcelona failed to get victory against 11th place Girona due to their decision to rest key players. While it's only 10 rounds left in the league, but the Catalan club is struggling with a lack of quality and creativity up front. It's only luck that is carrying Barcelona's side this far. Laliga's leader who is currently 13 points ahead, though this season ain't over yet. But, I don't believe that Laliga will become a challenging title race this time around. Could Barcelona's 13-point lead, and their elimination from other competitions, serve as the motivation they need to win their remaining matches? Maybe, certainly not.  So, it may be wise to beware when betting on Barcelona's side.

It's a shame this match ended in a draw, Barcelona should have been able to get full points over Girona. because, they had a lot of opportunities plus 59% possession, 18 total shots, 3 on target, 11 shots off the mark, 4 shots blocked. unfortunately, they were unable to convert it into a goal. in fact, Barcelona did not have a big chance though.

The Girona goalkeeper did well and their defence, they should have scored but couldn't throughout the whole game time even with their home advantage, and then players like Lewandoski could not increase the number of goals they have scored in the league this season with that game. The league is already settled, Barcelona know they have won it, so I believe they they were not too much under any pressure to win the game.

This draw is not harmful for Barcelona and their chance to win La Liga but it is for Lewandowski in his personal race with Karim Benzema. Benzema had some injuries and missed many matches for Real Madrid in early of season but now he is healthy and on fire.

The gap between Lewy and Benzema is only 3 goals and we saw how Benzema can score 2 hattricks within a few days. It is no longer safely for Lewandowski to win Pinicchi with this gap and pressure from Karim Benzema. Lewandowski can hope that if Real Madrid go to semi final in Champions League, Real Madrid will want to reserve Benzema for Champions League and can save him on bench in some La Liga matches.

No news about goal makers Lewandwsky still the best one.

He is is having a great season no doubt ,to do it in Germany and then now in Spain shows how good he is,but overall barca have been good this season all thanks to xavi, I expected more from real Madrid. They started the season so well and later start dropping,if they would have maintained that form maybe benzema goal ration would have been higher.

The match between Girona and Barcelona was a very interesting and wonderful game and a thing of joy for Girona even though they did not score a goal. But having a  goalless match with a team like Barcelona is worth celebrating for them.
At some point in the game i noticed they were not interested in scoring a goal, their defence became more active.
They actually did well by not letting Barca to score them a goal.
So much expectations from Barcelona to win the match but it wasn't as expected even with their several shots on target.
