I don't think Valencia and Sevilla will be relegated this season regardless of their performance in the last 28 matches. Valencia is actually worse than Sevilla, but I still have faith that they will get out of the relegation zone and stay in La Liga next season.

Both teams are both having problems regarding performance, so it would be very risky to choose one of them to win even if Valencia is playing at home. Even though last season it happened to Frankfurt which was indeed surprising by succeeding in becoming a champion but indeed for Sevilla now it is really very difficult and it is clear that the possibility is small.
