Real Madrid isn't really underestimating any team. They have also played a solid game against Napoli. Sometimes they are playing the minimum necessary to win the game and for as long as they win the games, what can anybody say against it? They win their La Liga games and they win their Champions League games despite suffering from some injury drawbacks. Solid is what comes to my mind when I think about Real Madrid. That is the difference between them and Barcelona for the time being.

Granada is indeed weak team and they are on par with Celta who in 14 matches were only able to have 1 win but at least Granada is slightly better than Almeria.
Last season Granada couldn't play in La Liga because of relegation and this season they were promoted but still failed and they are still one of the bottom team who have no chance or opportunity to rise.
I think Granada will only continue to be bottom team that gets relegated and promoted to repeat achievements like this.

Their match against Real Madrid is clear who is the favorite and in this match of course Real Madrid will have lot of goals.
The match is only match that makes it easier for Real Madrid to get full points.

But have one special achievement from Granada although they won 1 of 14 matches in La Liga but success hold draw the top teams from Barcelona and Real Betis. That is true but La Liga in general has not become more competitive because there are more strong teams, it has become more competitive because Real Madrid and Barcelona are not as strong these days. Of course the level of competition used to be more exciting than today it's just that the process isn't that short and today La Liga may not be too difficult to predict  with strong teams. I feel like that is basically regarding the inflation. Now, you may question what has inflation to do with it and why it matters to "some" teams and not all teams. We should also note that Carlo Ancelotti knows how to manage players and they are fortunate to have versatile young players like Jude Bellingham and Rodrygo who can play in almost all the attacking wings of the club.

The last time Granada won a game in the La Liga was August 26th against Mallorca. Which entails that this game can be easily predicted considering the quality of Real Madrid. But in football, there is no certainty, we can only speculate. Granada can decide to pack buses in the defence and target to use counter-attacks. However, we expect Real Madrid to win this game for them to maintain the top spot.

I don't think I like this prediction, that's because, if you've been watching both clubs lately ( Barcelona and Atletico Madrid ) You don't need nobody to tell you that Barcelona have been more of a struggling side and they get to win their games narrowly with some level of luck attached to them goals. Atletico Madrid on the other side are doing well even with a game left to play in La Liga, they've accumulated same points as Barcelona who have been winning most of them games. The prediction sucks maybe cause Barcelona would be at home, but honestly, that don't mean. It'll be best to see a double chance from Atletico Madrid. They're better and in a much better position to get three points.

For Real Madrid against Granada, you can go ahead and call that game walk over. Real Madrid will deal with Granada when they meet.

Points gap won't determine anything, rather its just a clear evidence that a club is having good scores in matches. Barcelona can only attempt this season but they won't reach the minimum standards to compete with Real Madrid for the title. We have the wonderful Real Madrid squad that are competitive enough to withstand the competitive race from other oppositions in La Liga. Real Madrid vs Granada at Santiago Bernabéu this weekend. Barcelona don't have much more sure chance to win the game because Barcelona have a lot of problem like injury and a lack of attacking and from all above that Barcelona also has doubts about whether Ter Stegen will be able to do so or not. Despite Ter Stegen being one of the key components for Barcelona net(Goal keeping) although in Darby both teams have to place more emphasis on defense as well as GK. 
Besides that there are also few players who will not be playing the Darby due to injury. So after all of this I assumed that there were no more than 50% chances for Barcelona to win the game. While Atlatico Madrid are looking strong and has more confidence to win the game. Because if we look Atlético Madrid are unbeatable in the last 15 recent matches, and they also have a big win ratio in recent matches. But Barcelona is not going to quit, like Atlético Madrid. But anyway I will prefer that Atlético Madrid win the match because Barcelona has some problems with his squads.
