The 3 goals he scored made him the star of the match in my opinion, but not only that because I see more than just him, but I see that the young players Real Madrid have are showing good progress every day, they have many valuable assets for the future. But unfortunately for them, due to not having any experienced striker, they could not score any goal despite attacking a lot.

Wouldn't be surprised it's the norm - sometimes relegation teams give the top teams a hard time when they want to keep their points but it's never predictable, because my guess is that Girona would have won easily with at least 3 points but the scoreless result was a disappointment.

A draw for Almeria is more than enough if they win then it's a great team to beat a tough team, but it's still unlucky and indeed Almeria's squad lacks potential players.

Yes of a truth Barcelona needs to sign new players but do you think they have the needed resources to do that and refuse to do it? Barcelona in recent years have not been able to sign top quality players because of the club's current financial crises. It is because of the financial crises that players like Lionel Messi left the club as well as the main reason why Ousmane Dembele was sold out to Paris Saint Germaine. Xavi Hernandez have been doing his best to make sure he still keeps the team competitive despite his limited options during team selection.

Last season, they were able to win the Spanish La Liga with the help of Robert Lewandowski but hasn't been able to replicate their form of last season since the start of the current campaign. Hopefully, they're gonna improve their performances in coming weeks

Barca are very helpless. I mean, I don't even understand what Kounde is trying to do in the second goal. Obviously it will not be great with Xavi. There is no point in forcing it. Barca's squad is also really a disaster. With this squad structure, they will not have an easy job in the near future. Barca's future is completely in real's hands. Unless Real gives up the championship every few years just to keep the competition going, it is very difficult for barca to recover in the near future.

I don’t think they should sack Xavi just yet, he is a good coach and he is capable of taking Barca to unimaginable heights in the near future.

Barcelona and Atletico this season are considered unstable, the only club that is most serious about suppressing Madrid dominance in the trophy hunt is Girona.
