On paper, Barcelona is a club with a greater chance of winning than its guests, Valencia. However, it won't be that easy for them to beat Valencia, because Valencia themselves will be motivated to defeat Barcelona, they will definitely work hard to at least bring home 1 point from this match. Currently in the Spanish La Liga standings, Real Madrid are 13 points better than second placed Girona but should Barcelona win their league game tonight against Valencia, they'll move up to the second position and reduce Real Madrid's points difference to just 11 points which i think is still a good lead for Carlo Ancelotti's men. Real Madrid's quest to win the Spanish La Liga this season is almost achieved and considering their performances in the league and in other competitions, I don't think there's anything that's going to stop them from winning the league title this season.
Real Madrid's biggest problem at the moment is winning the UEFA Champions League because to them, the Spanish La Liga is in the bag already. They'll travel to Germany tomorrow to play against German giants Bayern Munich in the first leg of their two-legged semi final tie and the result of that game is going to hugely affect the winner of the tie. So I expect Real Madrid to either win tomorrow at the Allianz Arena or avoid a defeat in that game

I assume we can all say from now on that Atletico Madrid have secured the last spot for the Champions League.    That win against Athletic Bilbao was a result that most people including me expected. Athletic Bilbao gave up early because of making really critical point losses against Granada and Villarreal both home previously.

I think the winner of the Girona - Barcelona game will determine which one will finish the season at the second position as well. I really appreciate the performance of all parties and they prove that anything can still happen as long as there is still time left. Even though Granada is currently in the red zone with 21 points, if they can continue to maintain this positive trend then it is not impossible that they will be able to appear again in La Liga next season.

But the 10 point difference from Celta Vigo makes things more difficult and if you look at the schedule, Granada will still face other strong teams such as Real Madrid and Girona. But if they can wrap up the other 3 matches against Sevilla, Vallecano and Celta Vigo with wins then they can only continue to fight as best as possible not to lose when they face Real Madrid and Girona later. Apart from that, Almeria has been confirmed as being relegated to La Liga 2 after being unable to do anything and only collecting 14 points so far.

From my own observations we only have three strong clubs that no matter how tough the season is they must ways qualify to the champions league because they don't have any rival. These clubs are Real Madrid, Barcelona and Atletico Madrid, so I am not surprised that they will be in the Champions League next season. It was assuming that they did not make it, that I will be shocked.

Xavi needs to bring in one or two players during the transfer window to add to his current squad for more efficiency in order for them to achieve a better result next season and to also win trophies. Xavi is a good coach, and he has proven himself right despite the little challenge the Barcelona was facing in the beginning of the season which made them not to be on track with Real Madrid for the title competition on time. But he was still able to overcome those hard times and improved the performance of his men.

The performance of Madrid this season ahs been not less of brilliance and possibly perfection because they have been able to really get to produce results that are deserving of the kind of results they get in their games recently and i can say that they are most definitely going to get at least two trophies if not all the three they are aiming at this season as their Chances of getting all three is very close.

Carlo Ancelotti is some one who actually understands the team so well and every of their dorm and dynamics, he's Also have a good players management skill and all this has added to contributing to his success in the la Liga and other leagues where he's team has been playing this season so far, he knows when to get the players to staying optimal and the times to use them aswell as the time to rest them too and that has helped him probably because he's experienced enough and has been with these players enough to understand their abilities at almost every point.

A the young and potentially big players in Madrid has got a good management under ancelotti as they are getting to achieve much already under the management of ancelotti and they are aswell even improving much better than they have always been in their subsequent teams and this includes Bellingham and others who are doing well already for Madrid and now he's getting to add mbappe.

The setback experienced by Barcelona occurred because management could not manage the club well, so they experienced many problems which ultimately caused them to experience quite visible setbacks. If only management could manage the club better, then I think we would still know them as the old Barcelona where they were very strong in La Liga and even in the Champions League.
On the other hand, Real Madrid, they have management that can manage the club well so that they can be consistent like they are now. Management is one of the determining factors for a team whether the team can work well or not. Because all management is in their hands, once they make a mistake in running the club, such as mismanaging finances, then they will face difficulties that were previously unimaginable. As is currently being experienced by Barcelona, which is very detrimental to themselves and in the end they cannot move freely.

Do you know what I love most in all these clubs' competitions? That will be a healthy rivalry and not a situation where one club will always be winning easily as if there are no other clubs worthy of contending. If Man City wins again the EPL table this season, I will certainly not be happy, but I love what Leverkusen did in the Bundesliga. I just cited those examples because I want clubs to give themselves tough times, especially the first 5 rated ones among them. What Barcelona is experiencing now is not uncommon and I urge that you blame it less. As usual, they will come out of this and I do not even think there is a huge issue here, it is one of those things in football. And if at all there are financial constraints which I do not know about, it shouldn't be as bad as you take it because, with not enough resources at their disposal, they can still do a whole lot managerially. Well, this season is almost over and I see them ending it between the 2nd & 3rd spots which is still encouraging. They've not particularly held the 1st spot in many of their matches in the past 5-7 seasons now, so it is not a big deal and Barcelona will remain the top voice in Laliga regardless.

Maybe they will fight better next season, let's just wait and see as it unfolds. The coaching job there initially tired Xavier Hernández and everyone believed that he would be leaving this season as he hinted of that in January. But the situation has suddenly changed as he is staying back with President Joan Laporta saying the club needed stability, and not drastic decision-making which I so much believe as well. Many clubs have made the mistake of sacking their good coaches or having an agreement with them to quit their jobs but such has never solved their problems in most cases. Let's see how Xavier can turn the table around next season, but personally, I did not believe less that the trophy would be lifted this season between Girona and Real Madrid. However since Girona reduce the good tempo they started with, it slipped away from their fingers. Nevertheless, they are still finishing very strong and well-recognised better than when they started the season which is a huge plus for them.

Real Madrid this season did make La Liga too easy for them, but I think that was not the case a few seasons ago when Barcelona had the ability and also the financial strength, and we can even see how Barcelona continued to put pressure on Madrid until the season ended, the change happened when Barcelona was down and made them have to admit Madrid's greatness this season,  But I think Madrid are also not too easy this season in winning because indeed they even in the middle of the season are still far behind Girona.
