This all is looking really sad because we are losing one of the best club in UEFA due to their internal issues which are going the worst day by day because situation is looking not good and funds are not coming which are most important at these points for me if we lost Xavi at the end of this season then surely things will be more down because currently he is the best person at this post, and he can bring positive results, but we are not clear how things will be settled, and we will have start of the new era here at this club.

I doubt if fighting for the la Liga title is something Barcelona would want to do at this point after crashing out of the champions league this season, currently that alone would have played down on their confidence and morale so i doubt if winning the la Liga is actually even going to be possible for them but one thing I'm optimistic about for Barcelona is finishing second on the la Liga table this season.

What happened to Barcelona against PSG was just similar to when they met in the champions league in 2017 when PSG won Barcelona by 4:0 and Barcelona won them back by 6;1 now when Barcelona won PSG in their first outing with PSG this champions league quarter finals last week, just yesterday PSG also won them back at Camp Nou by 1:4.

Apart from the fact that Barcelona had a red card that disorganized their play, they didn't play well at all because they had opportunity and scored first so they would have just maintained the lead till full time since they were already at advantage but instead as soon as Araujo had a red card, they immediately dropped in performance and gave PSG edge to dismantle their defense and scored 4 goals. PSG played better like people who were determined to move to the next round of the champions league and they achieved it so they have qualified for the champions league semi finals alongside Borussia Dortmund who also won Atletico Madrid by 4:2 to counter the first leg win by of 2:1 by Atletico Madrid. It was really a disappointing night for the la Liga teams. Hope Real Madrid makes a difference against Manchester city today otherwise all Spanish teams will be out of the competition.

Barcelona is most definitely going to get an opportunity to play in the champions league next season and the fact thst they were able to get to this stage This season i think it's enough to motivate them that by next season if they get better they can even go beyond the stage they got to this season, and even in the la Liga it's still very possible Barcelona will be able to get to the top of the table and possibly win the trophy next season.

Everyone has a chance, including Barcelona. But you have to remember clubs will take advantage of the transfer period, I feel all clubs want to add strength by buying new players. Barcelona are capable of doing that? because I read that Barcelona's financial condition has not improved. As for Madrid, their strong rumours about Mbaape will certainly add to Madrid's strength next season if that happens. For now it is still very difficult to draw the state of the club in the next season.

Barcelona now are out of Champions League and they will have to return to La Liga to fight and consider it as last competition to win in this season. Chance to win La Liga for Barcelona is very small and it depends on Real Madrid performances in Champions League and La Liga. If Real Madrid go more in Champions League, Barcelona will have some more hope that Real Madrid will potentially lose points in La Liga. Again it is only hope and Barcelona no longer control the La Liga competition.

I doubt if fighting for the la Liga title is something Barcelona would want to do at this point after crashing out of the champions league this season, currently that alone would have played down on their confidence and morale so i doubt if winning the la Liga is actually even going to be possible for them but one thing I'm optimistic about for Barcelona is finishing second on the la Liga table this season.

Although the point difference between Barcelona and Real Madrid at the top of the table isn't really so much but then i think it's such that Barcelona if given the opportunity will not be able to get ahead of Real Madrid but it will actually mean that they will have to win the rest of their games till the remaining weeks of the season while Madrid will probably not be any to Winn all remaining games so they will easily close the gap and possibly get to stay ahead of Madrid but then it's actually not looking like something that will really get to happen this season so i still feel the chances for Barcelona still remains very slim except maybe they get bay next season and try again.

I think Barcelona will not get any trophies this season. Their only hope was in the Champions League, and now they have thrown away that opportunity. The difference of 8 points in La Liga is quite a big gap and I think the gap will get wider because in the next match, Barcelona will play against Real Madrid. What makes this match difficult for Barcelona, they will play as guests.

Meanwhile, if you look at the performance of the two teams, I think Real Madrid is still better than Barcelona. If Real Madrid wins this match, then Barcelona will lose their chance in La Liga. But if Barcelona can make a surprise and manage to get 3 points, then they still have a small chance of winning the La Liga trophy.

Who else is monitoring Girona? I don't like what I am seeing now and it is looking like the champions league next season will slip through them. I just notice that with 7 matches to go, Athletic Bilbao can displace them if they win all their matches. Even though Girona is third in the league now, it is certain that Athletico Madrid will overtake them, leaving them to battle with Bilbao for a position at the champions league. This is a bad one for Girona considering that there was a time they were fighting to lift the La Liga title this season.

Girona faces Cadiz, a team they ought to win and secure their 3 points but I'm seeing that they will not find it easy winning Cadiz because the later is fighting to escape relegation.
