The match played yesterday gave us complete viewing pleasure. Manchester City - Real Madrid match was amazing. It had to end with penalties and I think it did. Lunin was very good at penalties and Real Madrid won. Ederson took Manchester City's 5th penalty and this remained a different memory. Real Madrid remains the last candidate from La Liga in UCL but im feeling real madrid is gonna win the competition soon considering the that if munich may be losing with narrow score against madrid. EPL was once again eliminated from the UCL because the EPL clubs were unable to defeat their opponents and yeah this is also bring EPL to the another bad record in UCL. It seems like that if real madrid is gonna win the competition again soon. But for those who like to see the games full of action on both sides, this is probably not the kind of game somebody enjoys watching. As a Real Madrid fan, yes. But as a fan who loves football in general, probably no.

After the results of the first leg of the UEFA  Champions League quarter finals were played, two out of three Spanish teams were leading in their ties while tye other was only able to secure a home draw in their own tie. Barcelona and Atletico Madrid were the two teams that were leading in their ties and because of their results, many people fancied them to reach the semi finals of the competition by either winning the second leg their ties or ay least get a draw which at the end they weren't able to accomplish.
Real Madrid who will play at the home of the reigning champions of Europe Manchester City for the second leg of their tie were the least most expected Spanish team to progress to the semi finals according to bookmakers but surprisingly, they did beat Manchester City on penalties to progress to the semi finals while Barcelona and Atletico Madrid were ousted from the competition. It is what it is then, I will say Barcelona's defeat wasn't expected because I felt they would still go on to win the game against Paris Saint Germans. The red card spoiled the game they played and also, they was leading but couldn't make good use of the opportunities they had to hold down the game against Paris Saint Germans.
Atletico Madrid I had so much hope on but they couldn't even get a draw against Borrussia Dortmund. One thing I know is that, I will be backing Paris Saint Germans against Borrussia Dortmund, most definitely they should be getting th better of the game again Dortmund.
In this Competition, Paris Saint Germans had a coach who is well experienced and would guide them to another finals.

Maybe we shall see Ballon d'or award winners from who wins either of the Champions League Competition, who scored the highest goals or who's Gon win it from the European Competitions coming up in the next few months.
