Xavi is indeed a coach who can be relied on even though the club's situation is not very good financially. I personally would probably support whatever decision Xavi takes. But getting the news that Xavi will stay is the most pleasant news to hear. Because I'm sure Xavi will also be more motivated to make Barcelona better and better every season. And failing to win a title doesn't mean failing to be a great coach. Because being in second place is also quite good.

First of all, let's say that Barca always plays for the championship, there is no such thing as second place. No one is happy with being second. Great teams win trophies and try to be the best in every field they compete in. Let's keep that in mind, I think Xavi's decision is positive too. I don't understand why Real Madrid fans are happy. Now Xavi is more experienced and will have a better squad. Barca has overcome its financial problems. Real fans should be afraid. Next season will be different, a new challenge.

I can see why people are so excited about Barcelona. Great club, fantastic history. But those money issues they were having? There but not there. Most definitely not. Because I work in business, I know how debt works. It's over you and makes it hard to move. While Tebas talks a good game, we need him to do something. Man, the trade market is the real test. Are they able to make big moves and get the best people? That is, without selling their best players? You'll know they're on the right track when that happens. At this point, I'm still not convinced. Finally they did it.
Keeping Xavi is the right decision for Barcelona. Because it is Xavi who so far has the greatest potential and is able to manage the club from downturn. No coach or football manager is perfect, but Xavi did it better. even if they lose Xavi, who knows who can do as well as the Xavi Barcelona can get for now.

Unexpectedly... I read yesterday that after another meeting between Xavi and Joan Laporte, his decision remained unchanged and he will leave Barcelona at the end of the season. Arda Güler found it very difficult to adapt especially while Ancelotti hasn't given any trust to the team.I guess in the final stages of the league he will get 15-20 minutes here and there but i firmly belive Arda will be loaned out to somewhere in the next season ,possibly within the Laliga team.

Both Atletico Madrid and Atletic Bilbao couldn't put up a proper game performance in their last league games respectively and it meant amd made them go short of points which makes their next game against themselves be more challenging as they won't really have an easy access to the top spot.

Yeah these 2 teams missed points in the last few games even though we know they are in a race to win a ticket to the Champions League next season, Athletic Bilbao is 3 points behind at the moment they should have been able to take advantage when Atletico Madrid was defeated by Alaves but unfortunately no, Bilbao only played a draw against Granada. I doubt Bilbao can catch Atletico Madrid in the remaining 6 matches unless Bilbao can beat Atletico in the upcoming match on April 28.

We are currently having good competition for the fourth spot between these two with both are losing points and having inconsistency which is hurting them badly in last five games we are having 6 points for the Atlético Madrid and 8 points for the Athletic Bilbao which is clearly showing how things are going, but this match is going to be vital for both teams because if we have won for the Atlético Madrid then difference of points could be 6, and they will be clearly favourite for the fourth spot but if we have won for the Athletic Bilbao then surely things will be not favourable for the home side and both teams will be having equal points and things will be gone for the Athletic Bilbao to win and go through for the Champions League spot which could be big below for the home side and things could be surely not good as now we are having challenging situation at the top of the La Liga with the arrival of the Girona.

I actually do not think I have seen any team be such unpredictable and inconsistent as Atletico Madrid.  I never expected that they were going to lose this match with Alaves.  by the way the goalkeeper of Alaves did really well in this match.  he made sure that Atletico Madrid was unable to score any goals.  and the defending from Atletico Madrid was also almost non existant in this match.  anytime the opponent had the ball in the final third,  Atletico Madrid was blocking like they did not know what to do at all.  so that finishing from Alaves for both of the goals was actually really good.  they have missed some chances as well otherwise they could have scored more.

the passing from Atletico Madrid was good by the way.  but in the end, they were unable to make anything happen with the finishing. At this point, I am starting to question myself whether Atletico Madrid actually deserves to stay in the top four positions or not to be honest

The only reason why the bookie gives bigger odds for Rea Sociedad is because they will play as hosts in this match, I don't see any other reason other than that so the bookie puts Real Sociedad's odds bigger. But I also don't understand why they are like that, because Real Madrid is a very strong team, even though they fielded second-tier players, we know that their second-tier players are not much different from their main players. they also just won the match in El Clasico, of course that will boost their morale even better.
They also haven't locked up the title this season, so it's likely they will play to the best of their ability to secure victory in this match.
