We need a movie about Bitcoin

I think there is already a movie about bitcoin, but I can't recall the title of the movie, but I watch it (may be Banking On Bitcoin), movie/ documentary. They explain how who when bitcoin is created, interviewing some ppl that may be related to Satoshi Nakamoto, what is the capability and ability of bitcoin and also why the government sectors want to close or prohibit bitcoin. Also, I notice to the video this forum that this the way how Satoshi reply, interacts with the ppl that support bitcoin in the first place. The movie has so many contents, and this is very helpful to some newcomers and new knowledge about the history of bitcoin.

There are more documentaries on bitcoin, but a complete movie for bitcoin isn't available in my knowledge. More movies have begun to show bitcoin as currency. Recently one of our forum member posted a trailer of a movie in which the entire story is connected with bitcoin. If I'm not wrong, that particular movie hasn't got released yet.

Once more movies would have about bitcoin people would adopt cryptocurrency. This is a good concept spreading awareness of bitcoin through showing a movie. Though others still think that bitcoin is a scam, fake and just a waste of their money since they are afraid to be involved in bitcoin. By having this movie showing all about bitcoin where it starts, its history, it’s advantages positively people will love and become interested in it.

In as much that movies have great impact influencing people in so many ways, a movie about Bitcoin will not really have a great impact on people to influence massive adoption. This is because there are already movies about Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies but they are not really influencing people to use bitcoin or cryptocurrency. This is because there are already movies about Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies but they are not really influencing people to use bitcoin or cryptocurrency. I don't really think that will be very necessary..

Of course, one film will not give a greater effect for promoting Bitcoin. You need to create a large cryptocurrency media library, not only about Bitcoin, about Ethereum, you also need to make a lot of video files.

If you think about filming about bitcoin, I think it's okay, but before we film it, it would be nice to see how many people are interested in making films. I think if filming is about the problem of coins, how to make bitcoin money is wasteful to make. used as a spectacle, but if the story is about looting bitcoin, criminals, about people who hate bitcoin it's interesting to watch, so that they are more curious about bitcoin, and want to find out about bitcoin,

This is a new and unique idea! Should make a movie about the world of cryptocurrency and Bitcoin. While Bitcoin is known to the world so much, no cinematographic works have been born. Filmmakers should think about this, maybe it will bring big revenue to the movie industry.

What I could think of is basically the beginnings of Crypto, where a shady group of persons try to create a digital currency and named it Bitcoin. And I could imagine that the cinematography is similar to the film "The Social Network". But of course, the movie would be a science fiction flick since we don't really know who is behind Bitcoin and the exact story on how it was conceived proved a mystery until now. That will cause a sensation with Bitcoin and it might reach to the stars if taken seriously.

I really doubt making a movie about bitcoin would solve the publicity problem for Bitcoin. It won't be different from the boring business movies out there already. Thats what documentries are for right ?
 
Making  one movie won't solve the problem. I think making regular movies that people see with scenes that indicate what Bitcoin is and how it work would go a rather long way. Unlike making a movie titled crypto or Bitcoin ...the regular guy out there might not be interested, he thinks he already knows what you want to tell him.

To me making a movie about bitcoin just seems too desperate or overboard.

Considering the growing interest of the public about crypto and the growing number of investors of it, a movie would be a great help to publicize facts about bitcoin. It would answer and clear many people's concern about it and it can also encourage them to start investing. As long as the movie shows some legitimate information about bitcoin and does not mislead the public, it would be for the betterment of crypto and even for those who doesn't know about crypto yet. If one is made, we'll surely see its impact as more and more people will talk about crypto and will start up an investment on it.

I really like movies because it can be a medium of learning too...

with so many hoaxes about Bitcoin, it would be great if there was a director who made a film about Bitcoin and the technology behind it. especially if the storyline is very good, then Bitcoin will definitely be more known.

I remember where in the Marvel series "The falcon and winter soldier", there is a scene in Madripoor where Zemo, Bucky, and Sam talked to a local gang lord and when their cover is blown, the criminals and gangs received message that killers of the gang lord will receive 1,000 and the currency is a letter B that looks like a dollar sign, which is much like Bitcoin. Also cryptocurrency was mentioned in Antman and the Wasp. So there you have it. Mentioned in the MCU is already a sign of something.

there must be a very good story and concept to make this because there are several films that raise bitcoin but the story is not good apart from that I think the aktress and actors also need to be taken into account and maybe the storyline must also have something good plot because it won't be fun if a movie only shows bitcoin like selling, buying and investing only.
apart from that, if I'm not mistaken some time ago there was a lot of buzz about one of the scenes that featured bitcoin in the Deadpool movie (cmiiw).

I think most of the viewers are encryption enthusiasts, and some people who do not understand the encryption field may not take this step. What is the type of movie theme and what aspects of Bitcoin are expressed. I remember a movie about Bitcoin, but it was not about the advantages of Bitcoin, but negative news. Actually I ever heard that there are some movie that mention bitcoin. Even in my country there is a very famous youtuber who make a podcast about Bitcoin, I think that is enough to explain about bitcoin but it is just in national scale. I think movie is a good idea as it can be translated and dubbed into many language. But the problem is the target of the movie, people won't watch it if there is nothing can attracts their attention.

I totally agree with this film, but it's hard to show the characters of the bitcoin developers themselves, and their leaders, because they look like they're anonymous. It's just that I think now, bitcoin can be a movie, even without the background of bitcoin developers, maybe it could be about pizza exchanged for 10k bitcoins? or the drama that exists today in the world of bitcoin.

There's this movie by John Stalberg Jr, where the name of the Movie is Crypto and it's related to transactions on Blockchain and decentralization related but however the Movie isn't that popular and also has a rating of 5.3/10 on IMDB, I don't think people like movies where they have to think about a system but nvm, Maybe many didn't understand the backstory of the money.
If companies like Netflix or WB create a crypto-related movie then it's going to be great, mostly because of Budget for the money and keeping cryptocurrencies trending in the media atm.
