i do think its a bit too much considering that this early investor will most likely dump the very minute that project hit the exchange to get their money back, however, they are the reason the project is able to kick off and with this important point in mind the project owners don't have much choice than to offer a very attractive bonus to those early investors who are willing to trust the team enough to invest.

It is just normal to early investors in a project,as you can see they are with the company even it has nothing yet. They give thier trust to the company so that they must give a bonus but we all know that when the company are new we didn't invest on it,we will wait until plenty of days to see if it was a scam or not so that Giving bonus to them like that is not too much.
45% -50% is indeed normal, but for me it seems like it will be easy to manipulate prices when it is already traded, buy ICO or IEO with such a large bonus the risk is large, a dump will certainly occur in the market later

You never know for sure, if there is a very high demand and people are buying this altcoin, even 60 percent discount will be okay. But generally in 90 percent of cases such bonuses, discounts, huge bounty allocations are killing the token price.

In some cases where a token price crashes soon after listing on the Exchange, the blames has over time been attributed to the bounty hunters and sometimes to early investors that received certain bonuses.
Do you think 40% bonus for early investors is too much and capable of crashing token price?
It is indeed too good to be true though we are not absolutely sure that the project is lying or what but it is surely doubtful to have bonus that is almost half of the capital. You could try to learn more, research extensively about the mechanics or the instructions about the deal before proceeding to accept and make the investment. It is always better to be safe than sorry.

The one controlling the flow of the market is none other than the developers itself. They control the market by selling their holdings, they have the huge amount of tokens and they are the only one who have the capability to do it aside from whales.

Even though you are the first investor of the project, 40% is still too large as a bonus for your support as the first to believe in the project. If any projects like this have promised you an unrealistic rate bonus, that is your cue to doubt the project. Try to find out more about the project, and if the promo is really legit, it should be so popular that your chances to get it first will be slim.

A bonus of 40% is already large for early investors, but also has a high risk if the project is invested in a scam therefore investors should not easily join to get a big bonus and of course the investor must know every risk But if the project is legit, early investors will certainly get a lot of profit

ICO give higher bonus for investor on pre sale to make the investor interested with ICO investment, without giving bonus with higher amount maybe investor less interested for investing in ICO, the ICO team want to get reach soft cap and giving 40% bonus. Maybe 40% bonus for every investor will make price dump after listing just few hours because investor never want to hold their coin how ever get much bonus they will get profit with their ICO investing.

40% not too much for early investors on presale. This is what attracts new investors to any project.

Somehow yes But this is how early investors get rewarded
Else they would just wait and invest late There's pros and cons of it
However, most of these token would likely being lock-up unlike the late investors which they can trade freely It really depends

if the project are launched the IEO on market, developer can make rules to lock the bonus early investor in market, so i think it's fair and can controll the value of coin/token on market stable from dumping by investor itself

even in projects where tokens of early investors were blocked, they suffered very heavy losses. I don’t understand what needs to be done to avoid these falls 10-20 times after listings

I don’t understand what needs to be done to avoid these falls 10-20 times after listings The only reason for the caused dump is not the bonus amount, the early investors usually are interested in the projects from the beginning. The bounty rewards are also used for the dump on the exchange after it gets listed, blaming only one party is not right. The market conditions don't give the last chance if the project was not successfully attracted the investors in the last bull time.

Its way to much even for the early investors. If they give 40% bonus for an early investment this means that the project has no real value at all , its like investing into a masternode with 150+% ROI which is crazy as no one gives you free money like that.
Projects like this one should be avoided as much as possible to protect your funds and to be sure you won't be scammed. Also don't forget that early investors or private investors how do you want to call them have different methods of making money that is why the team gives them a bonus like this because in the end both parts win but not the normal investor or those who come after.

Any Bonus isn't too much for early investor. Coinmarketcap history is the perfect example to decide the reason of price crashed. From Bitcoin, why price was crashed and what is the supply now, tommorow and yesterday. Every day new Bitcoin is mining same to altcoins. Found from another post, Bobs repair supply was 60 millions, today 184 millions.

yes it is very high amount of bonus for any kind of investment and it is not realistic value but project team keep these kind of discounts for the yearly investor to lure more investors to their project which make more money for them not to the investors. No good project team will decide or set this much discount level so better to ignore that project to be invested. I don't think that it is a high amount. To be honest I see it as a reward or a token of appreciation from the dev or team. It is their reward for being first in line on trusting in their project.

It is very normal to give out a percentage of bonus to early birds who take upon themselves to take uch a bold step with huge sums of money but the fact about this does not sound well in most ears for giving as much as 40% bonus to early investors who quickly dump upon listing since they have got nothing to lose and project managers turns out to blame hunters innocent hunters. Its indded too much to give out such amount to early investors.

40 percent to early investors is way too reckless and discouraging for investors like me. Infact, once I see that in token economics, it turns off my investment drive and I look elsewhere unless in cases where there will be lock up periods for the token release. Only then can I have a rethink. Also most developers that offer such high and ridiculous bonuses are just thirsty money mongers looking to trap some unsuspecting investors
