i read many article about ethereum analysis price in 2020-2021, many of them are said ethereum can hit new ATH more than $5000/Ethereum.
moreover in nearly in next year Ethereum launch update Ethereum 2.0 and this news can make Ethereum price pumped in market, and i believe that, because i'm Ethereum Holder

As an Ethereum holder, we should always stay positive if I take more than 3 years. In the short term, we cannot say how much the price of ETH will be in the future because it completely depends on the demand. Still, the value of ETH is low in the market, which it is giving an opportunity to the investors.

I don't think so, I will say if the price will reach $1000 this year which is impossible to happen, then the price of ETH will double when that halving comes. but what if they switch to another coin and they ignore buying ETH? then I guess the price will remain the same right?

yes im not going be surprised if that moment happens to eth because eth is one of the top coin that performs verry well at most times  but id say that itll not happen so easily  . 

as long as btc is still on the top , the demand for btc is still higher than any other coins incuding eth  but if btc declines too much  , that is a sign that other coins are going to rise up and of course that includes etherium    .

I think the transaction speed needs to be done quickly because in recent days a lot of people have been unable to transfer their tokens because GAS is too high. I don't like the increase in ETH because it doesn't really have much value in investing and should leave that increase for altcoins with better technology. For me, ATOM is a project with great interest from investors and the technology of this project is the new generation of this market.

Even when ethereum is at its peak and receiving the most support, it still cannot reach the price of $4000, and I say this to help people to be transparent that we should not imagine such dreams, which is completely unreasonable, the movement from ethereum is too weak for such a jumpy growth, right now, ethereum is still at a fairly low price compared to previous years. So, stability and going up again is what I want when it has a chance to happen, for other dreams, it's a long distance.

After bitcoin halving in 2020 don't be surprised if ETH hits 4000$ before 2021,this are the reasons why i think its possible

1. The teams are willing to try out new things with the project,many projects that have already achieved what ETH have ends up surrendering but ETH teams are not showing sign of stopping

2. I cant say more about the ETH2.0 upgrade but the POS implementation will make it worthwhile,the reason why i invested in some POS coins is to use the gains to sustain and get many daily needs till the day when holding them will pay off big,the POS will make many investors want to hold ETH for long term ultimately will leads to more adoption

I say never say never in crypto. The OP clearly stated two reasons for his price prediction. If ethereum team can break through with the upgrade and other proposed implementations to the blockchain, I don't see why there won't be any significant impact on the price growth. Keep in mind that ethereum still more developers than these new generation altcoins. Let's give it some time.

I say never say never in crypto. The OP clearly stated two reasons for his price prediction. If ethereum team can break through with the upgrade and other proposed implementations to the blockchain, I don't see why there won't be any significant impact on the price growth. Keep in mind that ethereum still more developers than these new generation altcoins. Let's give it some time.

You had a valid thought though but it will still takes time.These prices cant be achieve so easily.Come to think that ETH do had that $1000+ ath and going x4 with that does really need some groundbreaking upgrades and some sort of hype plus entire market super bull run same goes with bitcoin and other good projects in the market currently.Surprised?
Crypto can give out that thing anytime because we cant predict on whats ahead that's why for now if you do believe that ETH is worth on your penny then it isn't bad to risk up some portion of our savings but you should do it with full management.

We may have to wait a long time to see this but achieving $4,000 is a really crazy idea in this market. Everything in this market has not had a great stability during the last 2 months and a lot of big fluctuations prevent altcoins from achieving any major growth. I think do not expect too much at this price and we need to be patient until the market is truly stable

$4000 maybe too high or $2000 i think still have possibility to reached. Maybe with this time, ETH POS really can help for ETH price itself. After that, don't know what can help ETH to get pumped. Especially with condition like this. Maybe something need to be updated and good news need to come with ETH in future.

Yes, it seems that the real price of ETH for a couple of years can be between 100 and 1000 (hardly 2000). But at the same time, I remember the fall of 2017-January 2018. This was a non-stop surprise.
Thus, neither news nor promising roadmaps can be a reliable argument for the forecast. This is some kind of contradiction: the impossibility to predict within reasonable limits, but perhaps something that we do not even expect.

Ethereum 2.0 is they key. We are slowly getting there. Just need to build more and use more. Get rid of the shitty apps, introduce better apps and really support the use of them. That's how we get there.

ETH (like all other cryptos) need to solve scalability issues while staying secure and decentralized. That will take time and is a steady process and will require a lot of patience from us. But with better scalability comes more users, a wider adoption and in the end a higher price per Ether.

I would agree with you that the there won't be a sudden surge on the price of ETH with 2.0.

It will take months or years before we can finally see the benefit of that upgrade. Similar to bitcoin, we all know that the halving is the catalyst, but if you look at the history of block halving, it takes years before bitcoin reaches new all time high.

So this might be the case for 2.0 here, the price won't grow in weeks or months. It will take years of accumulation and will finally culminated in a new all time high probably one or two years after.
