In the course of this year, ethereum has mostly not been promising due to the many disappointing times we have experienced. Sometimes, it even become very difficult to know when to hold or sell out some ethereum. All the same, many people who trust in altcoins have kept some great faith in ethereum and that is an amazing motivation that ethereum can really bounce back and be the strong force most hodlers wish for.
When prices fall and continue to fall it will be very disappointing for those of us who hold the coin and sometimes we think of selling it but if we sell it we will get a loss so many people prefer to keep holding it because they do not want what is done to be in vain . And at such times all we can do is observe and make an estimate of when the price of the coin can recover and sell it. |

people still believe that ethereum is proven to be the second largest ethereum trading volume on coinmarketcap. although currently the ICO platform uses less ETH than in 2017. we know that USDT is now using ETH smartcotract, meaning that USDT developers know better than using the ERC20 network than OMNI.
The ethereum platform has declined as the use of project funding due to many cases of fraud and the shift from ICO to IEO. that makes the price or even at this time even though the volume of trade remains large, but prices from ethereum such as difficulty rising,since 2018 I've seen this |

Until now, in my opinion ethereum is the king of altcoin. With the condition of ethereum being down, I think it has a big influence on the prices of other altcoins and this can be recovered if altseason occurs and hopefully 2020 will be a good year for altcoin or ethereum |

It is your own fault why you lose your money while holding ethereum. It is better if you have stop loss strategy where you can minimize your losses. It is not good to hold coins in a long time if its trend is in bearish.

Its not directly related to ETH price though. I think its more about the technology which there isn't yet a solution for the scalability of its network. We have seen it with Cryptokitties and with that investors are looking into the future of which is imminent to happen. I think we are now into the WEB3 projects where we solve all these with the new technology that ETH can't provide. |

Although BTC is down about 60% from its ATH, as well. It just looks better because it's not an insane 90%+ loss like many alts. Still, we can't pretend the entire crypto market, including BTC, hasn't been disappointing. |

if u keep disapointing about how Eth going on, why u keep hold and still believe that project ? and u still have a wish for it. until now, in my opinion ethereum is the king of altcoin. With the condition of ethereum being down, I think it has a big influence on the prices of other altcoins

Personally, I believe that Ethereum is a very promising coin. I remember when Ethereum cost very little and who could say that Ethereum in 2017 would grow to large limits. And since then I realized that this Ethereum coin can bring good profit in the near future. And every day I invest a little in Ethereum. And I think that is right.

ethereum isn't as good as it used to be when in was year 2017 but in terms of ethereum volume it still looks good proven until now still inn ranked 2nd coinmarketcap, Until now I have continued to increase my investment in ethereum because I am sure ethereum will provide a lot of profit

why is disappointed? the crypto market like this. up and down cannot be determined. This is a risk we must face when entering the crypto market. not only is ethereum the past two years almost all altcoins have experienced the same thing going up a bit and falling more. but I am optimistic that in the future ethereum will pump again. because ethereum will release eth version 2.0 maybe after this launch eth will go up. investing cryptocurrency is not a way to get rich overnight. investing in crypto requires patience.
Some people think that crypto is a get rich quick scheme, that mentality is obviously wrong. From 2018 till date, the entire crypto market has been dwindling with many coins going down the drain. It's not only Ethereum, I have a few coins which I'm holding for long term and have dumped more than half below the price I bought. It's all about patience and also, crypto investment is not for the chicken hearted, it's for people who understand the risk in investing. Always invest what you can afford to lose should be the motto for crypto investors. |

Good choice you still accumulate some eth while price is low for long now. Even me every time I observe the market price of eth it keeps me disappointed because I still have also this coin. But, what can we do now? Though I hold eth until this time I still have the faith that this would increase for us to have benefited from holding. |

The team are always supporting the project because if this will be more successful, this means more money for them as well. ETH reach over $1k last time because people are trusting it, but in times where the whole market drop, people are now choosing to invest in a safer coin which obviously bitcoin as majority are investing on it. if we are patient, I think the price of ethereum will recover and maybe next year it can reach $ 500
That's the best thing we can do now, to be patient and HODL. |
