I don't know why Putin is waiting further. Either he should send the Russian troops to Donetsk, or he should give them the necessary weapons to fight the American and Australian mercenaries. |

Unlike US, Russia cannot deploy its troops abroad unless there is a significant threat to the Russian population living abroad.
