Ico's started to boom in the internet, you can choose a lot
of ico that you like, but then started to change , there are ico that are scam, running with investors money in a snap, lending platforms also can be seen, the same happens they suddenly disappear
we have already have a very good market if there are no scammers
they change everything, now investors are so hesitant whenever there is a new coin that are good but they opted out because they think its a scam, I think we should find a way to lessen or better eliminate them for good.

scammer will always exist whenever and wherever ,, if there is a chance to cheat people

If concept doesn't fits the criteria for of target investors it will be hard to convince those people around that venue to invest with the projects. It's common since the market already populated by many scam projects investors are now being very careful to pick the right one to invest in. yes they (scamers) have changed things for the worse, ICO is no longer profitable like in 2017. right now ICO is not a good fundraising method in this industry. ICO's reputation has been dashed and investor confidence has been lost because of the promise of bullshit.

That makes sense, they think ICO nowadays are the same that whenever those ICOs enter the market the price will get dumped afterwards. That's why they change to IEO instead even though the profit is not that high compared to ICOs.

People are still looking for a good project to invest. If anyone has a proper ICO project plan and they are able to convince the people that their investment will not go into waste, people will still invest in them. People always needs to invest in something which can provide them passive income. You can see the example of IEO. As soon as people realize the benefit of ieo, they started investing in them.
You need to have a proper advertising plan to back up a legal project and you will find people to invest in it.

Don't get this wrong, investors don't think that new projects are scam infact 90percent of new projects are scam indeed, if the project is good enough it will surely attract investors once the project create awareness either through ico or ieo, you shouldn't put the blame on investors for their hesitation

In this point, i really agree with you. seeing the current situation (scam everywhere) makes investors think again about investing in a project (even though the project is good and very promising). The space is saturated with poor quality projects and scams. That is one of the  reasons it's hard to find great projects thesedays.

 Looking for good project in ICO world is like looking for needle in a haystack. It is a difficult thing to do unless you have the right tools to look for them.
Maybe we could fund professionals to filter out bad projects  in this space. I think the service will cost alot to sustain long term. We could have a coinmarketcap for ICOs that have very strict rules for listing ICOs?

Most of the crypto projects turned into scam or non profitable then why people should invest on the new projects?

Investors learned that no need to invest on new projects.

It is true that way back then everything is almost fine until lots of people turn scammers and running peoples money. Investors nowadays is smarter and don't put their investments on just any ICO or IEO they see in the market after lots of projects run with their money. It will be hard to eliminate scammers, only themselves can stop them.

Nowadays it is indeed difficult to build investor confidence. The number of ico scams in the past years has made many investors prefer to buy coins that are already on the market. Now it is indeed booming IEO and several times IEO has been successfully in binance and provides profits to investors.

Fraud that happens to ICO, STO, and IEO, I think it will be difficult to eliminate. Because there is no real regulation can set good about the project. Indeed in 2017 many projects were successful and at that time Crypto soon became popular.

Yet many irresponsible people have found a weakness against the ICO project. So they created the ICO just to commit fraud.

Now it is difficult to restore investor confidence in the project. Maybe the process can not happen quickly and need a real project can generate many advantages such as the year 2017. So slowly investors will return.

Due to lot of scam projects, since investors lost there hard earned money, are now kind of disappeared.
This i because now a days investors dont  have that much confidence like it was previously until mid 2018. Day by day the confidence in investing in crypto space is decreasing and affecting the entire money flow in crypto market.

Yes, you are right! Those ICO scammers changed and harmed a lot in the crypto market. For their continuous scam through ICO, Investors are moved out from ICO investing. Many investors moved in IEO only, many left the crypto world. Now, many good projects are suffering to raise enough funds! But if you really have something unique and interesting to offer, then you will find investors easily, like the BEAM project!
