Extra weeks added to bounty campaign

Not only me experience added more weeks if we participated some bounty campaign.
Ill think it is normal to added weeks, And it depends on a project if they want to continue the bounty campaign.
Their are time on why added more weeks cause of these need to reach the softcap or hardcap not only that their are lots of reason also in why they want to added.

If you have been promoting the project for that long and you believe in it, it is advisable that you continue but the bounty participants can request for additional fund to the bounty pool. The pool should be increased with not less than 40% of the original pool.

It's not unusual that projects can increase the number of weeks for which it is meant to be run. But the question is that "are bounty hunters getting paid for the extra week of work?"

Yes, I understand what you mean, but before participating in the bounty you should read their rules first. Usually they always include the provisions by joining the bounty program, meaning that you agree with the changes that might be made to the bounty. And also, if they increase the allocation of the bounty, it will not make any loss.

when filling out the form and registering into the bounty project it means that it has agreed with the rules made. bad if you think about it, if you make a mistake you can be deleted on list of participants and if there are additional time you must follow it. it is indeed the policy of the developer, and the bounty manager only carries out his duties

The bounty i am promoting presently suppose to end in October but was extended for extra 2months but i am not bothered because
1. There is no new bounty that is presently worth switching to.
2. Ez365 is a very good project and i am sure it will worth all the extra work

The bounty allocation is reduced to cover their development needs due to the poor results of the token sale. Bounty hunters have no other choices and they waste their time if the bounty tokens worth pennies.

I dont think it's good for both. Because when the Bounty being longer, it will require hunter take more time doing task, and the number of stake will be higher make the value of one stake decrease. This is not a good way for you, now better for you to out of this bounty, if not, the result maybe bad for both. The bounty manage will need more time and the number of stake will be really big that they need to spend more time paying for that

we know that bounty managers have the power to do that, but bounty manager shouldnt do anything arbitrarily
most of bounty extended reasons are the project hasnt reached its softcap.
but i think to be fair, even the project hasnt reached softcap, it must stop. including the bounty, not continue to get more money without any deadline

It all depends on the project.There are so interesting projects that you just forget that you participate in the bounty).Does this happen to you?Or are you only interested in money?

Yes indeed the team, the manager can change the rules at any time, do you know the initial Mycro Jobs campaign is this bounty 3 months but after that they change the rules to the longest campaign for 1 year, the allocations are reduced instead of being added, prices on the market are getting down before distribution began, with the long campaign that we only get a little money by working very long.

The developers are really doing a terrible job they think they can get away with whatever they want and threat bounty hunters like trash but now they are unable to find enough members for their campaigns as many bounty hunters are simply quitting and prefer to do something else to get money in the markets, they did not realize that the main reason for the success of many of the coins currently in the market was the dedication and efforts of bounty hunters.

as long as the campaign is not a scam and still gets rewards that haven't changed or added that doesn't matter to me.
but if it adds weeks and the project fails I think it's too much. I've experienced things like this and get reward that is worthless.

Exactly, so once a certain project has enough time to do their ICO then after few weeks, they started to tell bounty campaign will be extended, then you should do your part and investigate about what is the real happen, is the softcap not reached yet, or no investors at all yet, besides you can check it as the bockchain is not lying, so there is a way for us to know the truth if the team doesn't want to answer.

Its not just a good idea but a terrible idea, especially when pool is not increased. Once I encounter such, I rather quit and do more meaningful things with my time that working off my butt for some developer with in humane working conditions. To ice the cake, some add token locks to the condition

All bounty campaign participants hope that if the project being promoted is successful and will surely feel disappointed they only do wasted work, if there is a bounty week there is usually an increase in the duration of the ICOs/IEOs project to get at least a softcap

I don't really remember if I had participated in a project that added extra weeks to the bounty campaign. For me personally this will certainly make many people participating will feel that this project is not finished and they will feel that it is just a waste of time. But, maybe there is a separate reason why the project is getting longer, maybe also so that the project can achieve what has been targeted right and if the project is successful we will also feel the results.
