Extra weeks added to bounty campaign

As per the original rule, they can change it anytime they want. So bounty expansion is also included in their calculations. And it's not really as bad as you might think, if it's a good project. I believe many people will still have fun and accept it

They also have bounty end dates, extending that date is really unethical even though you have mentioned it. Let me ask you this way, you are working somewhere and you are getting paid 1000$ for a month, at the last week they decided to extend it a week or two more but they are paying the same. So do you think it is fair?

Hunters have no choice but to accept it as since leaving it in middle might lead to no rewards for the all work they have done.

This is a picture of a project, at any time changes can occur at any time. especially regarding the duration of time sometimes lasts 4 weeks and then there is renewal plus 4 weeks.

As long as you are sure and do not spend your time and you will continue, why not ... Good luck.

In that case i will continue work only if the project has announced a successful fund raise or atleast soft cap success otherwise there is no need to promote such a project if it is struggling to raise funds because it will close and you will not receive anything so you have wasted 12 weeks and it does not make sense to waste 8 more and this strategy is safe because after 12 weeks you can contact bounty manager to lock your stakes and if the project ends up to raise soft cap after 8 more weeks then you will still get reward for your 12 weeks of work this is the best strategy to follow because personally i have not seen good ending with extended bounty campaigns.

Very few projects succeed when they add extra weeks to Bounty campaign, when they delay with adding an extra week of Bounty, it indicates that their project is not ready, they hurriedly made the Bounty without counting a few details. They must be fully prepared with a clear RoadMap without delay.

Haha. When it comes in bounty campaign specially in signature campaign, I am really unluck. I had joined a campaign when I stepped as jr member, I already moved in member rank, the campaign does not yet end. I don't know if they ended already but I have to quit for that campaign since I wore their sig materials for almost 12 months with free.
There are bounties that really need for an extension because soft cap maybe not reach while others want to add more their funds. If that is the scenario, it will be good if the bounty will add also some tokens.

For me adding extra weeks in a bounty campaign has never worked because what happens is that even if the project raises good funds still the the bounty rewards are not increased as a result of extension and due to extension thousands of more hunters join the campaign that result in diluting the reward and everyone getting peanuts out of the campaign in the end.

Can't remember if I have joined this kind of campaign but it really is going to be disappointing when you realize you are tricked as promised it will end n 4 weeks and yet another few weeks were added. It ruins your plan for the next days and yet its still unsure whether the project is going to be successful.

Isn't this an indication of the team being untrustworthy?

 This is one the first symptoms that the management isn't planning things properly and isn't sticking to their words.

This is what all people don't want when they no longer hold fast to their own words, and what you have to understand is that they also seek benefits through other people, so sometimes they no longer heed the words they once issued previous.

Everyone also counts the bets from the beginning before they start joining any campaign, I think this is always done by bounty hunters who are not rash, because it would be very useless if someone counted the bounty bets after he joined the bounty.

Generally, bounty campaigns are around 8 to 12 weeks. If it's more than 12 weeks, I tend to stop and choose another project. Some of the projects I've ever played where bounty campaign lasted more than 12 weeks, tends to be problematic, either the payment or the project is stopped and does not pay.

Yes, but if the Bounty project is good and deserves to be promoted, then it lasts a little longer. I don't think it's a problem, only if the project is not of good quality, I think everyone will obviously go and join in another project.

Yeah extending isn’t a bad even it’s apart of bounty campaign, teams have right to change their general terms. But it’s matter about of allocation, it would be increase. Rather you didn’t expect 20$,50$ rewards instead of 23 weeks. Meanwhile we seeing mostly bounty did extend without increasing. It's seems worst changing in bounty.

Little bit disagree with your statement. I don't think most of the signature campaign doesn't allow leaving in mid of campaign. But it's true that some campaigns don't allow it which is really uncomfortable situation for hunters. And yes specially those BM who are really reputed by their work they will give the chance to bounty hunters to leave in mid of signature campaign.

There are some who still do not permit. This is why some users prefer to participate in bounty campaigns that pay weekly, although it is rare to find. Had it ben it is social media bounty, you right not find continuing, because it gives room to participate in as many bounty campaigns as possible. In fact, you can decide to quit when it comes to that and your stakes will remain, except in rare cases.

I think the extension of the duration of the bounty does not matter if their project is trusted and has entered the market, I often get projects like that but I always follow the existing rules and continue until the end of the period, but if the project progress is slow even the funds they get a little better leave only
