Have an issue and I'm hoping a roobet rep can help me because support hasn't been able to.

about a month ago,  I do not know why, but a friend decided he was going to send me like $2 BTC, he asked for an address and I gave him my roobet wallet address and never thought anything of it.     Fast forward to today,  i am trying with draw $4500 but I can't because that $2 tx hasn't confirmed!     The fee is tiny and i'm concerned it may never confirm and Roobet will not relase ANY funds if there are ANY unconfirmed transactions.  

All i would like to do is deduct the amount of that transaction from my balance and allow me to have a withdrawal.  Is this possible?

I've probably gambled $20k in the past few days, so I'm hoping you can help me out.

Also, to throw more wrinkles (and why i'm pretty sure this transaction will never confirm) it's not even recorded by every block explorer.

if I search blockchain.com it comes up as unconfirmed.    if I go to blockcypher - the tx doesn't exist.  

edit:  support has advised me to 'contact the blockchain' to have them solve my issue.   smh.

Got the same problem with one of the sports bookies, i've sent 1mBTC with low TX fee to my friend's account and he spent some even though it was not confirmed yet and they locked his account.

We email the support and they advised to send some BTC to compensate for the spent bitcoin and we obliged, sent BTC from my other wallet (this time with higher TX fee) and they remove all the restriction of his account and he can resume betting.

But my other wallet remains useless as i have a pending TX and i don't know if that would be confirmed.

Viabtc has a paid service, but again they can’t find my transaction.   Rbf would create a new transaction and cancel this one.  Wouldn’t that look like doublespend this getting me banned?  I have electrum imported his wallet but the tx doesn’t even show up.  Just shows the balance as if it was never sent.

And of course Roobet can help with this.  They can ignore the transaction.  Take the $2 from my balance and allow me to withdraw .   They’re not losing anything and they’re making a very loyal customer happy.

I have some experience using RBF on Roobet because my transaction is not confirmed and decided to raise the fee to make my transaction more faster to getting confirmation. You don't need to worry, just explained to the Support Roobet because of RBF my oldest transaction still getting attach on my Roobet account and makes me can't withdrawal. I explained about RBF, and yeah they only need to remove the first transaction and the problem is done.

So, RBF is not really a problem IMO just need to contact support to remove the first transaction after your second transaction getting confirmed and the balance credited on your account.

Everyone does everything to promote their own site. The fake bets are also part of this. Maybe not fair, but I don't think it's necessarily a bad thing either. it is simply a method of acquiring customers.

I do agree with that, as long as people are aware that they are doing something that will make them lose all their money, they should be fine. I think roobet can't do this for you because in that case they would have to do this for everyone, what would be the point of doing it just for you? That is why it means every single person could start sending 2$ and ask for support to cancel it and with that it could be something their opponents could start using, how about someone spending 20k, sending 10k people with 2$ and telling support to help them as well and if they do not, they could just make a complaint and scam accusation everywhere? That is dangerous, so they have a system in place, if you send a transaction it should be confirmed before you could do anything else.

Like everyone mentioned you need to use a paid accelerator or something else that would make it faster, hell talk about it with a miner or a node whatever and get it done with extra pay if you want to but that is the only way.

My take about the whole of this situation is that the streamer should just mention about the promotion if they are under any such promotion and then it is completely safe to proceed with the stream. There can be a small disclaimer or something which clarifies that the streamer isn't using his own funds.
