That is the thing about lotteries, when there is a huge whale with a million tickets and you have just one then it is not really that fair. Of course it would be even more unfair if you ended up getting equal tickets when he wagers a million dollars while you wager 10 bucks, so this system currently is even better however that doesn't change the fact that people like me feel like they have no chance.
