and they reversed it and the score was 13-25

then they said my bet lost but they gave the wrong odds

Most likely not since they are not active in this forum and no support handling their thread. So it will just confuse or delay everything if he ask people's help here.

So what best thing to do is to reach up to their support again then see what feedback they can hear from them. For sure he can get proper explanation regarding on what he experience and also the casino would provably know that the claim is valid and need to take action to help their client that have issue on their casino. I guess the campaign manager cannot help this case so instead of bothering him he should contact the right representative then see their response and action towards how they resolve this issue.

Hhampuz is their signature campaign manager but he is an outsource of Roobet team. I believe Hhampuz only has contact points to Roobet team and the answer will come from the casino team, the compliance team and other related teams if necessary.

Answers will be from Roobet and Hhampuz will not answer on behalf of them. From contact points, the Roobet team can assign a customer support staff to answer this user and for future inquires from forum community too.

I guess the campaign manager cannot help this case so instead of bothering him he should contact the right representative then see their response and action towards how they resolve this issue.
The campaign manager only can inform the contact point about this case. Other responses will pure come from the internal teams, not from the manager.

Absolutely since they manager don't have any responsibilities to help solve the issues of some user. But if he exert some efforts to help then its good but people should not pressure him since his not the right person to contact when there's issue happened to them. Much better to contact the real support and wait for their answer since this is really the best thing to do.

So far BTCGOSU released a fair review same may like it and some may not but if we look at the feedback given by people its like they are doing good for writing their review towards Roobet. Maybe the 4.0 rating user rating is due to recent accusations happened but for sure it can be fix and improve in future. Having two or more casino comparison? I guess this is good idea but I'm also fine with current review they released since so far they made a great job there.

Weak promotion is somehow bothering me since this is what I didn't see with Roobet. Hello, I have an interesting situation with RooBet.

I made a deposit by mistake to wrong network. I sent 3.1ETH from my metamask wallet bsc network to their ETH wallet, now the money is hanging in their wallet but on bsc network.

I am attaching all the data:

It seems to me that if your money really has been sitting idle on your account in the BSC network for so many years, and the account is really controlled by this casino itself (specific casino employees have the keys to it), then it is not entirely clear why this money has not yet been returned to you manually. This is simply checked.
However, it is possible that the automation of payments and security rules simply do not allow using the manual mode in this case.

This is simply checked.
However, it is possible that the automation of payments and security rules simply do not allow using the manual mode in this case.

I don't know Roobet team have process to support users for recovering fund like this. On centralized exchanges, some can support you but they will charge you not cheap support fee in such cases.

I see the fund in this case is not small and the user can afford to pay support fee if Roobet team requires it for fund recovery. The bottom line is there are many other things to consider on Roobet side that can make them want to support or don't want to support the user. If in ToS and Help page, they have no mention about fund recovery, the user will only have a last hope, contact support for escalating investigation and support.

I guess what need to do is to send again some message and ask for possible solution and he should state that his willing to pay recovery fees which is common on exchange as I remember and maybe this is applicable on casinos to. And maybe they could help if they see the user got an issue like this is willing to cooperate and wait for how long this issue will be solve.

It really awful to encounter this issue that's why its good to do double check before sending funds to other platform so people could avoid this kind of issue.
