It has all become a trendy form of derailing a thread from its motive and talking nonsense (though sensical) things which are considered off-topic. I think there must be a punishment for these derailing posts except the posts like those which give evidence about a user and their alt, or a negative received in their account and significantly, posts that are found to be plagiarized and the user is of the same campaign where another user reports. It is not advisable to make any off-topic posts in signature campaign threads as it harms the reputation of the campaign and the users who make off-topic posts.

A popular campaign usually has a lot of people posting, for example, Chipmixer, when they announce an opening, the thread was full of discussion, so I think while OP should temporarily lock the thread while reviewing the applications.

I'd like some clarification on this rule :

- Don't spam. Post made after page 5 we usually consider as a spam. We can accept no more than 10% posts of weekly post quota (for example 2-3 of 25), if posts are written after page 5.

When you say "can accept no more", you mean that you will simply not count such posts, or do you mean you will punish the participant ?
I have no intention of spamming, however I participate in some long running threads, would posts made in these be excluded from being counted (like posts in local, etc.) or would they be seen as a bad thing to avoid ?

In my opinion, it means the manager would accept no more than 10% of posts in those boards for the weekly quota, I doubt there would be any other punishment as long as the user meets the minimum post number for the week in boards/threads that counts (10 posts).

Thanks for the payment. I saw the TXID and saw that bitcoin fee was over 230sats/byte and then I was like "holy, why use such a large fee" and then I checked the unconfirmed transaction browser and seems that there are over 140000 unconfirmed transactions. Seems like a repeat of late 2017 again.

Feel bad for you guys having to pay almost $40 in transaction fees alone. Thanks for the great service.

You should make a post within 5 pages in a certain thread, beyond that it could be considered as spam, that was the rule added in the OP to reduce the spam of the campaign and I think they are still implementing it until now.
