Is high rewards like 350,000$ for bounty hunters still possible this days? I know it's all down to the success of the project but is this still achievable? How many successful projects with such reward paid hunters since 2018 that you know?

High bounty allocations like the one you want are simply not possible anymore, very few people are investing in new coins and with good reason, as we know most of those projects are scams, this has led to a decrease not only in the number of investors but also on the people willing to do bounties and the quality of the job bounty hunters did has also gone down, and when we take into account the current crisis it is almost impossible a legitimate bounty campaign will pay so much money to bounty hunters.

High rewards are not impossible if the general market conditions are suitable for both bounty hunters and project creators. The small reward is the market price reflected reward but the same amount of ERC-20 token can worth 1 BTC in the bull market.

Correct, actually rewards is depend on the market situation. Now both of going looks horrific, no new promising campaign are coming. So that high rewards expecting will false dream in that case. Of the number of years I've been here and monitoring the market, I will always say that $35K is not impossible to achieve.
Bitcoin will always stay and will rise in the future due to the big demand, if we hit almost $20,000 in less than 6 months from the price of $1000 or less, I think we should not underestimate bitcoin's capability to hit a new ATH again, and we are trading at $6000+ right now, so it's more easy to reach that level.

These guys keep dreaming even in the bear market. The common sense is enough to understand the high bounty rewards are not possible if the project CEOs can't make money. Bounties are dead and recovering from the dip is not good idea during the crisis in the world economy. Couple of companies will survive but this is not applied for crypto companies.

Did you ever check tachyon protocol and recently blockburn both are good campaign but whole bounty allocation was only 15k-20k USD. Some bounty allocation more than you deserve 350K. If you can hunt bounty from now and hold it for next bullrun than I'm sure some good reward will possible.

if you can participate in a lot of bounties then I make sure you can get a lot of results, for example you can participate on facebook, twitter, articles and youtube campaigns, it is really difficult to do it but it never hurts to try and try first, because the effort will give satisfying results.

I do not think if it is still possible nowadays because most of the projects are have no originality which means that they are not unique anymore from other projects. The successful bounties was finished and it is the year 2017 where there are a lot of of bounties that paying huge amount of money for those participants. For me it is now a waste of time if we will participate in bounties nowadays it is better to join in signature campaigns that have weekly payments.

I don't think there are anymore I don't see projects lately that are worth higher than their ICO price, in fact majority of ICO are down 50 to 90% of their ICO price, and even top coins in the market are down right now, gone are the days when only one bounty is enough to have a stable source of income, so many people missed those days.

Only a few bounties actually pay out and has a value in the market. Altcoin season is gone and the market is full of scam projects. I had been into many bounties and most of them is either not paying or paying with shitcoins. It's not as profitable as it was.

I think $350,000 look little reward for bounty campaign with all allocation for signature campaign, social media campaign and youtube or blog campaign. But when checking with price after listing down we miss out and never get much profit with bounty campaign project.
