Is it risky to invest in new crytpo coin/tokens???

Many of us were well known the Coinmarketcap from where we receive all cryptocurrency like coins and tokens details like on which exchange they listed, what is the 24-hour treading volume, or which platform they based on, etc. These days many new crypto coins and tokens was introducing and listing on many exchanges and It makes a very difficult decision for the investor to choose which coins or tokens should they invest to make some good profit. Many of the new cryptocurrency was makes a good pump in their stating days and after they dump in a very dramatic way. This cause a big loss to the investors and the trust in these types to new coins and tokens was finished. So, the main question is that Is it risky to invest in new crypto coins/tokens? or it is good for a very certain time of investment?

Investing in new coins is not really bad, at times I understand that newly listed coins always give profit than already know or influential coins, and these can only accelerate in profit when you buy the coin at a cheaper rate and it happen to grow within months and time, so from my views no coin is invaluable, all are good for investment, if planned to buy for future purpose not instant buying and selling, the instant buying and selling can only give a poor profit, but a situations whereby it stays like period of some months before selling, a nice profit or gain shall be made without regretting for purchasing it.

I would say that there is no risk-free investment. If it were not so, everyone would invest in stocks, currencies, precious metals, etc. There are small and justified risks and big risks that can bring bigger profits.

In my opinion, there are tokens and coins that are worth taking a risk and would bring us a lot of profit, the point is that you should not invest blindly or because the token is new and cheap or just because someone said that this token is good.

Before making your choice, it is good to make a research this token/coin, to research its team, the purposes of this coin and what future for development there is. And many other factors. Just don't trust just one source.

Dont invest your money into something that you cannot fully understand. Dont invest because of hype, fomo or because your friends told you to invest. The right action to do before putting your money into  crypto start up projects  you like is proper research. And because no one knows what happen in the future (the success of those projects) invest only what you can afford to lose. 

the risk is very high. but sometimes we will never understand what will really happen in the future.
all of them are just speculations based on project analysis which may not happen.
To be honest I still have friends who I always believe in buying assets in the long run.
I got a suggestion to buy BNB earlier this year, at around $ 40. and see now how expensive the BNB price is? in fact, it can be much more expensive.

If you are dare to take a risk, I think you can consider to invest in new coins and please do a research before you jump into the new coins.

There are not many new coins that are suitable to choose as an investment, because currently there are still many new crypto coins or tokens that are difficult to develop, only a few can develop well gradually, for example like Polkadot, besides that only old tokens are developing with good at this point, so in general it's still better to choose old tokens over new crypto tokens.

I agree with you. because new coins sometimes just create hype. and then they come down and it's hard to get up again. if it happens the pump is definitely in a very long development. that is if their project can survive and compete with other projects. otherwise, they will die by themselves.

It's risker if you decided to invest in new crypto rather than the tokens that are already present in the market and listed in top cryptocurrency exchanges. BGL is a new token and i have some tokens. There are some risk in holding it but I just believe that it has potentials and I don't blame myself if the price will go down again. New tokens are always risky but if you invest with the right projects it will have a huge return like people who believes in BTC at early stage.

To me, BNB investment has always been not much of a rick as I would categories some other newer projects because of what it represent and on which exchange. I too bought at the same time for about the same price $40 and really look at what the price is today.
Also, it depends on the level of risk any investor is willing to take because there are some new crypto that made some goo price this time like Alice that was listed on Binance, on the launch date it went to about $70 but currently trading around $14.

In my opinion, there is always some sort of risk when you invest in altcoins that are not part of the big ones at top 10 or top 20. You need to know more about the company or the group associated with the project and be familiar with the community and its social media. Ask them if you are going to receive anything from them when it comes to information about the inside working and decide if that is worth your investment.

I bought PEAK thanks to guys out there, been looking for insights and found out there will be OKEx listing and BSC staking
so I bought right before staking
also there's always a possibility of dump after listing, but I'm pretty sure PEAK is not the case
