Odd, mine synced without issue.
There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Apparently the new wallet does not like processing pool payouts now..... In the morning will stop the pool and process all payouts manually.  Sorry for the trouble to those who have been mining, but we will send out your coins and disable mining before hand.

Attempted to resync to see what coins weren't orphaned...

I think we're going to need new wallets again.

There are new OpenSSL bugs that have been patched today.

Whether you think you can, or you think you can't - you're right.

You don't need a conf file.
Just simply download the new wallet.
Delete all the things except wallet.dat.
Open the new wallet and let it sync.
It should work perfectly this time.

Well, that's lovely.

For everyone else. Did you re-download the blockchain (after backing up your wallet.dat)?
