So I downloaded the new wallet and it synched up fine ...(it took quite awhile)
I tried to send 1000 water to Bittrex but the transaction has never been confirmed  (about five hours now)
I will check tomorrow ....but when issues like this have happened with other coins and wallets it usually means that I will lose all my coins and the exchange will say its forked or something.

Is Anyone else getting their transactions from the new wallet to Bittrex confirmed?

The tx id does'nt show up in the CWC block chain explorer either.    No Fun.

Also after that i tried to send a small test amount of 12 WATER to Bittrex and my wallet balance increased and added 100000 additional WATER that weren't there before I sent the 12  . So I now have an extra 100000 WATER that can't be sent or confirmed    ....something is screwy.

How many confirmations so far on the last transaction you did (the one that has been five hours)?

Why can't I log back into the Official Pool? It says the username is invalid, wow.

Everything had to get cleaned out, so everyone has had to create a new account to keep mining there.

so what about the coins people had in their accounts?

After they do this...

1. Go to the folder cleanwatercoin-qt is in
2. Hold your SHIFT key
3. Right click on empty white space in that folder
4. Choose "open command window here"
5. A black command prompt window should pop up
6. Type: cleanwatercoin-qt.exe -rescan
7. Press ENTER

...we have been working with miners in getting them the right amount of coins they possibly had left over during the short window that the pool restarted before they were able to do a manual payout.

What are these instructions for? They don't work on windows 7. I assume I can just open a cmd windows froms tart menu and cd to the directory the coin .exe is in?

edit: tried this, still doesn't sync and I have "26 active connections to CWC network"
Also now I cannot send my coins either; the transaction is rejected!
Edit 2: The transactions were rejected, yet it has deducted it from my balance.
Is this because the wallet hasn't synced, or it it another bug?

I sent an email yesterday as you suggested and haven't heard back, still no coins in my new pool account. Can you look into this? thanks

I finally managed to get all 3 of my cwc wallets working but it took a lot of time and I'm not exactly sure what fixed it.  One required a repairwallet in the console, it said something like you will lose 143 coins if you do this, but I did.  I make shortcuts to the wallet exe files and (in win7) i right clicked on the shortcut, properties and in the box that says "target" I added -rescan to the end, that is space -rescan like

C:\XXX\XXX\yellowcoin-qt-nomal\yellowcoin-qt-nomal.exe -rescan

then double clicked the shortcut, later when it was fixed i removed the -rescan from the shortcut

I rescanned and redownloaded the blockchain several times but I did use the stock config file and changed nothing in it until it worked, then I customized it.  And I copied the entire folder, wallet and all for backup.  They are all minting coins like crazy now.  The green checkmark does not mean you are synced btw. go to "help", "debug window", "current number of blocks" needs to be the same as the block number at the top here:

http://explorer.cleanwatercoin.org/chain/CleanWaterCoin

If not, delete everything except the wallet.dat and the conf file and try again, rescan too, repeat until it works.  stop and try again after 24 hours.  good luck!

oh wow! my wallet has finally synced! For all of you that are having trouble, keep at it. I had to redo the process about 5 times or more but it finally worked using just the nodes in the most recent wallet .zip . I had multiple drama's along the way, missing coins etc but finally it worked. Time for a beer!

My wallet is also synced fine now.
It hangs an hour and then after looking again, it was well synced.

Yeah, and it's minting fast too. I'm seeing hundreds coins landing in my wallet from staking. Looks like things might back on track. Think I'll sit back and watch my wallet print more money for a while   Grin

Which wallet are you using? I just realized I'm not minting any Proof of Stake coins since I last upgraded

We are just waiting for bittrex to confirm they got everything squared away and then we will provide a link for the wallet.

Ok Bittrex is back up and running with WATER... all deposits (real and phantom) have been cleaned up... Open for business again.... Nice job getting this back track dev team.

Thanks
Richie

Wallet link please!!!

Wallet link please and a link to a pool that is paying out because I have not been able to cash out from pool.cleanwatercoin.org for weeks

www.RejectMining.com is paying out as soon as each block is matured.  If you need any help, just let me know.

I think wallet sync is a problem with the water network (some wallet out there open but not sync yet that causes traffic jam)  Huh

Thanks BrianB for sharing your own compiling wallet.  Your pool seem working perfectly.  Thanks all for continues support cwc and mining.  Smiley

We've re-launched the official pool: pool.cleanwatercoin.org
Note: If you had old coins in there, send us a message at support@cleanwatercoin.org so we can send them to you
.

Why relaunch the pool, but not the coin itself?  Don't do it because it easy for pool operator, but waste time for everyone else!  Why must register again?

Sum up, the coin wallet still have bug.  Please change wallet version number when make any improvement.  always cleanwatercoin version 1.6.0.0 make people confusing and unprofessional.  change the cleanwatercoin-qt.exe file name to cleanwatercoin-qt_4.exe  Roll Eyes everyone can do it.
Smiley Good news hash rate is up.  Miner beware of fork when solo or pool mining may come in later again. Even official pool Huh  Please check blockchains when in doubt.  Thanks

You can use any ports as you like, as long as they are not in use in your system, but must match with rpcport=44843 in the config file you set.
I suggest solo and backup with this pool with no fee and you don't need to register
gminer.exe --scrypt -o localhost:44843 -u (match with config rpcuser) -p (match with rpcpassword) -o stratum+tcp://www.rejectmining.com:6000 -u (replace with your water wallet address)  -p anything

Happy mining Smiley
