Well, it has been a week since there was any games in the league (on account for other games) and there will be another week until there are games. This gives Lens time to stay as the leader for as long as it gets, but the reality is that we are seeing things change, it is not as clear as it gets that Lens will be able to stay but because there were no games, they looked like they are leaders for so long, in reality they have been leaders for a few games only. I am sure in few games they will go back.

Even if I can't really tell what the outcome of the league would be am also excited about what is actually happening right now as PSG are the one trailing the leaders, it feels so good seeing them playing second fiddle for now, I don't know how long this would last but I wish it doesn't end soon, it is quite entertaining and it gives so much credence to the league after so many years of dominance from the PSG.

It's so strange to see the favorite team in second place and other people are happy to hear it hahaha, this might be a new sensation in the French league 1 because Lens continues to lead and has never lost so far so PSG still holds on to second place, this is not an idea not a pleasure without a clear basis that many people hope PSG can lose this season because they have dominated this league 1 for too long, it's not good if only PSG can win, this also questions the quality of the league which only has 1 strong and untouchable team, I hope we have a different ending this season.

Doesn't everyone already think that league 1 belongs to PSG, fully guaranteed for them, LOL, because there is no meaningful competition here so that calculation doesn't matter despite the fact that every team always tries as much as they can do to beat PSG and come out as champions despite always failing, currently Lens is at the top of course for you and most of the people who think that this is like giving a good match to PSG is a happiness for them.

Most of us are seeing the same situation with Lens currently leading the standings, unsure of their ability to perform consistently until the end of the season ultimately making us see PSG as the far more favored candidate. This isn't meant to belittle other teams, but when you look at the quality of PSG's squad compared to other teams, the difference is significant. PSG has dominated Ligue 1 and has also won the Champions League, so PSG's level is certainly different, although I'd love to see other teams compete competitively with them especially in Ligue 1 itself.

Without being bias to tell the truth I'm still loving the fact that Lens is still toping the French ligue 1 standings like I really hope it ends like that this season at least to witness another great change in that league on like the Paris Saint Germain one pattern of a thing like year in year out it's just Paris Saint Germain it's quite boring anyway, I know it's just a point difference but with consistent winning I'm very much sure it might increase, it's not really an easy task but I'm only urging them to hold strong because I can't just have Paris Saint Germain winning the French ligue 1 title this season it is really boring.

PSG is still the favorite to win the ligue 1 title. There is no doubt about it. But if lens can continue it will be very difficult for psg to dominate ligue 1. lens players are very confident. They have kept their performance stable for a long time. And they have given full focus to ligue 1. On the other hand , since psg is also fighting for the champions league title, we have seen their performance in several ligue 1 matches being somewhat unstable. Anyway , the title race will be  competitive if lens continue to challenge for the title until the  end of the season. psg's dominance in ligue 1 will also decrease.

So it is that it ain't going down well with you that Lens are making the league to look somewhat competitive than just letting PSG go throughout the season with facing a strong challenge even though it be that they still get to win the league1 at the end of the season. It would be more boring to not have them being challenged in an entire season, a reason which has made the league often tagged as "farmer league".

I don't expect that Lens can succeed in winning the championship but anyway to stay where to be they are behaving really well, but for PSG i don't think there will be too many problems indeed i see it rather easy for them, i think Lens is worrying a little too much and for too much pressure they are wrong then

The truth is that, PSG has more work to do at this time, they should get serious, although we know that the league is just as if they own it but the fight is ahead and no one expected Lens to be at this poison they are, PSG had to wake from slumber so that it won't be like we are overrating them.
We know PSG to be an inconsistent team sometimes but the still succeed to win title after everything but this time, I'm waiting to see how possible it will be for them this time, although lens may not keep up with the pressure ro continue being at the top of their league table and that will make it very easy for PSG to take over since the point gap is just 1.

Lens is playing well and consistently at the moment. It won't be easy for Marseille to beat Lens. The match between PSG and Lens is still quite a while away, and the competition in the standings will continue. PSG might need to focus on some earlier matches to overtake Lens in the standings. The gap is small, so it shouldn't be difficult. It's just that Lens is currently playing quite steadily. PSG just needs the right timing.

Top 2 teams in the league are quite far ahead of the rest of the teams in the standings now. 7 points with Marseille and Lille for example.

This just clearly shows between whom the "title competition" is going to be during the remainder of the season. Lens or PSG.

But like most people I also don't see Lens making it. They don't have a convincing set of players to keep such consistency. The thing they can do the most could be the same as they did in the 22/23 season.

Everyone is acting like Lens is leading by 11 points and yet PSG is still seen as favourites. That's not the case, the gap is only 1 point, why would betting places not give PSG the benefit of the doubt? If your team wins 10+ league titles in the last decade with exception of one Lille season, and then you are the treble winner for the last year then everyone of course assumes that you are a great team and that is what's going to happen. We shouldn't really be shocked that PSG is seen as great.

Lens on the other hand is leading with only a single point, a draw, or a loss, and they are second place and when the gap is only one game at half of the season, it is not really a big deal. Which is why it makes sense to assume Lens won't win, and they won't.

Yes, the current points difference isn't that big, and Lens isn't participating in any tournaments outside the French League. This minimizes the risk of injury for their players. Also, from what I've seen, the manager is analyzing his opponents very well and preparing for them thoroughly. So far, they've posed a huge threat to Paris Saint-Germain, but what happens next will determine the end of the season. I hope they can maintain the same level of performance until the end of the season, but I think they might start dropping points soon.

Sooner or later, PSG will catch up, especially since it's only a one-point difference, it won't be difficult for them to overtake Lens from their current position.

Because in terms of player quality and achievements, PSG is superior to Lens. Although Lens is currently performing very well but if they face a team from the top five, their consistency and squad depth will be tested, and whether they can win remains to be seen.

So, Lens may currently be able to lead the standings, but the winner is very likely to be PSG.

I agree, it's definitely something to give it a shot. There was a guy who got wealthy thanks to a bet on Leicester City to win the league, casino was keep trying to reach him but of course at that time the odds were not like this.

Back in those days, you would get like 550x odds or whatever, even more, but after that upset all casinos started to lower even the worst teams odds. Lens isn't like that, it's 12, so it can definitely be possible to play on them, 10 bucks is nothing compared to what we play, and while the return would be only 120 dollars, that would cover more than a month worth of betting lol.
