I think the reason why PSG is not having a good performance is the disconnection between the players, after the defeat against Rennes Dembele made a comment that they are not playing as a team, he also stated that players are playing for themselves, after PSG won many trophies last season i knew that those players will now start seeing themselves as big players that they can beat any team even when they played badly, this current PSG is very bad and it looks like they are not ready to compete.

Luiz Erique also made a statement after Dembele statement that he did not care about any player and a player is not bigger than a club, with the statement, that shows that he is also not happy with the club and he wants to finish his contract this season and leave the team, this is an opportunity for Real Madrid to go for Vitinha as he is one of the player that Real Madrid admired most and will like to sign him.

I don't think we'll have the chance to see another team win the championship this year instead of PSG, who are hungrier than ever. I knew that Lens will easily win Paris after PSG lost to Stade Rennes yesterday. I like the energy and perseverance of Lens because they almost became weak when they lost to Marseille but they never relented, they kept winning their matches back to back and maintained 2 gaps behind PSG. Now that PSG has also lost 3 points, Lens quickly used the opportunity to get back to the top of the table again since they are winning Paris already by 2:0. Lens must try and keep up with the winning mentality so that if PSG drops another 3 points they will top the table by 4 points and from there they might be closer to winning the French Ligue1 title.

I knew they were going to find a way to win against Paris Fc since there next fixtures which comprise of Monaco and Strasbourg is a bit complex but I didn't expect to trash Paris FC 5-0 who have always tried to hold up themselves against superior teams. With is win, Lens are currently the top with just 1 point ahead of PSG, another 1 point drama until PSG comes to top again.

Lens was the first in the ranking before letting Paris Saint-Germain take over their place then here they are claiming that spot. Lens is a very good team this season and they are the only contender for the title along with PSG of course. The other teams levels are way behind these two teams.
Lens victory was expected and they impressed people with 5 goals scored.
Lens will face Monaco next time, maybe they will pick points from them and allow PSG to ascend again.

As expected, Lens didn't waste the opportunity that PSG presented to them by losing points yesterday, they won their game today and are now the new leader of the league table.
After PSG dominated last seasons, it's refreshing to see another club giving them serious competition this year.

Despite the 5-0 result, Paris FC had their moments too, they dominated in ball possession and made more shots on goal, but, at the end of the day, the only stat that matters is goals.

In another game, Marseille split points with Strasbourg as they drew 2-2. They were close to winning, but Strasbourg equalised with a stoppage-time penalty.

I am not surprised at all from this results we have. Rennes lost to Lens in their previous game which was why I suspected that PSG would drop points even though I never expected such level of defeat I thought it was going to be a draw game while I expected Lens to win Paris FC. Lens is back to the top and it's going to be a hard nut for PSG to take over the lead again this time. Lens gave Paris FC a total destruction, a whooping 5-0 win away at Paris.

The journey is still far though and PSG still has a game against Lens too. Record is in favour of PSG as PSG has won their last 6 games so far. It could be that the game will be a title decider as it's also going to hold in April I. lens home. PSG has really gambled their opportunity and they may pay heavily for it.

Lens has been very consistent in their chase for the league and they are not giving up too. PSG has lost some opportunities which might cost them big time if time is not taken. Lens is only 2 points behind the league leaders and a single loss can bring them down to from the top. PSG will be playing Rennes who was recently won by Lens in their last game and I don't think it's going to be very easy for PSG too. If PSG fails to beat Rennes then there's every likelihood that lens will overtake them this weekend since Lens is only playing Paris FC.

It's going to take a lot of pressure for PSG to win the league this season because Lens are not giving up at this point. Any single loss can cost PSG the league this time.

My fears with Lens in their courageous challenge for the title with PSG in the league is that Lens doesn't have a well equipped house as does PSG, for which has being the obvious reason why PSG could have disposed them from the leading top position on the table despite holding it for some weeks. The loss to Olympic Marseille was a huge mistake that Lens shouldn't have allowed to be but they lost it when they could have won the game to increase the gap. I am in doubt right now if they can regain the top spot again after PSG has made a return now.

Without an atom of doubt the clear favorites to snatch up the league title is still PSG, I don’t think one loss will change anything especially since we are talking about League 1 not the premier league where competition is on a high level, PSG clearly still have that depth of a squad and the possible experience to turn things around for the better. But lens deserve the credit for their playing style this season.
