If you know the bundesliga, there is Dortmund, and in ligue 1, Monaco have a similar approach. They focus on developing young talents, and once their market value increases, they are usually sold. So it is difficult to expect Monaco to keep their best players when the club's business model is already built around developing and selling players.

Exactly what I'm thinking, if not that Dortmund keep selling their players they would be a serious treat to Bayern munich, all they know is to develop players later sold it to the big clubs, at times i imagine if they their players was till playing with the clubs they would have win more trophies than the one they have won. I would really love to see Monaco win the championship this year because I, too, am tired of seeing the same team win it over and over. However, we know that this isn't something that happens simply because we want it to; the team that plays the best will take the title. Last year, Lens gave PSG a real run for their money, and perhaps this year it will be Monaco. Regardless of which team it is, I hope we get to see a new champion this year.

Considering that PSG have been a little inconsistent lately, I think there is a good chance for Le Mans to score against PSG, even if the home side eventually wins the match. On top of that, after the international break, I expect some of PSG’s key players to start on the bench and come on in the second half.

So, in my opinion, BTTS could definitely happen.

All the games so far for the both sides have seen both sides scoring,  at the same time seen goals conceded.  Even that PSG Champions league opener saw them concede and I wouldn't be mind blown if Le Mans happens to find the back of the net against PSG. Some prediction sites are already displaying it should be a full-time draw game with the odds at 12.75. A ten dollar stake should be beautiful reward if Le Mans can hold down PSG considering that they will be also preparing for the Champions League fixtures away from home against Manchester City.

In conclusion, the both sides scoring should happen.

I thought it was only one season Barcelona have conquered yet recently and that was last season while before then it was Real Madrid who was their champion, so actually is only when Barcelona won this time it will become two season they have recently dominated. Meanwhile for couple of season it has been the champions League that has been impossible for them especially when PSG team is on there best performance, but however from the last four seasons this is the only time I believed Barcelona more and definitely the final is something they will reach, there defense hasn't become unmanageable yet because is still as strong as PSG.

Barca's dominance is practically a given this year too, they are traveling at an unsustainable pace for everyone, but i wouldn't rule out that someone could get in the way, although i must say that lately the players are confident and are also causing fear in the teams of their respective countries, the Spaniards are very lucky in this historical period.

Seeing a new champion in the Bundesliga and the French league would take a miracle because like you said the teams actually have the potential to compete for the trophy, but since they struggle to keep star players, they end up giving up because by selling their star players they can maintain the club's financial stability like what happened in Monaco and Dortmund.

Players are hard to hold onto because it's actually the players themselves who want to move to Bayern Munich or PSG since the potential to win titles is very close. So I remain pessimistic about Monaco being able to compete with PSG this season even though right now they are at the top of the standings with a 5-point lead over PSG. The season is still very long, and Monaco will have a hard time maintaining consistency in every match to avoid dropping points, just like Lens did last season who eventually seemed to run out of steam.

This is an odd that's worth it to be risked on, PSG start to the season is bad, teams haven taken the chance to get points from PSG, this is BTTS which less risky, a goal from Le Mans will you this for you as PSG will score no matter what. Le Mans through all the matches they have played in the league this season, they have scored in all of them which might be a hint of this match likely ending up in BTTS. Club matches has been paused for some weeks, it will slow some key players because of the long time since these players represented their countries, they will not all perform at maximum capacity, the coach will bench some and some won't play at all till the champions league.

Monaco's has a business model that is their best young talents and I am sure they already have their eyes glued on the winter transfer window to make some cool money rather than look towards the trophy. The moment one of their young player drops a few world-class performances, without any form of delay, their agents start to look for a nice paycheck for either PSG of one interested premier league clubs. This is actually true the essence of gambling is for you to take the risk , so whether the opposing team that will be playing against PSG is a very weak did the best option is to take here is for the both team's to score. I have different answer for this, unlike what I said in the German League – Bundesliga Prediction Thread. I'm not sure Paris Saint-Germain will let Le Mans score in this match, with 2 strong reasons:

(1) Le Mans is a team whose quality in the league remains unproven, as they were only promoted this season.
(2) Unlike Como which was one of the teams promoted to Serie A a few seasons ago, Le Mans squad is considered weak.

Choosing 'Yes' for this match seems like nothing but a waste of time & money.

You are correct. Barca players have been gaining more dominance in terms of their performances than before. They are more confidence, more competitive, understood themselves and their formations more among others. If they are able to maintain this pace for long, they will become the most feared by others in their league and would also make more statements in the champions league than they are currently making. What I also admire about the team is the age range of the players which are mostly young talented players with still more than a decade and more professional players to play. It is a good thing for the club and I’m sure with it they will become more successful with their subsequent titles and trophies. We can’t also take the great efforts of Hansi Flick who have kept them this far.

I don't know if French league will be part of the games I will be gambling on the resumption date but however this both teams to score is a very good option for this game because it has been one of the things that PSG has been more consistently repeating in almost all the match this seasons because from the nine games they had, seven of them was scored by the both teams while two was only scored by one side but for Le Mans it has been BTTS all through, the bookies already knew this and before then this odds might not remain the same because they would reduce it due to the high possibility of the both teams scoring.

5 games 2 wins drawn 2 and 1 loss, that doesn't look like how PSG operates in the Ligue 1 and this could be one of their disappointing start in their history but that shouldn't affect the fact that they are about to start something different from how they started the season, coming back from the international break will be a new beginning and those who never believed they could dominate a game and win it (I'm one of them) will see the number of goals they'd score against Le Mans in front of their home fans talking about PSG. For me nothing should make them be under pressure against Le Mans, the players have been up to speed in doing things in a different way so when they face Le Mans I expect to see a more mobile PSG players.

 It's too early to judge, that they're facing some challenges at the early stage doesn't mean it would end that way, remember that PSG wasn't the best team at the early stages of the Champions League last year but they still manage to get to the finals and won it against Arsenal, they haven't even gone far in the Champions League yet for anyone to conclude that won't do well this season.

Football has always been like this anyway. Without thinking too much, we should just take a few steps back to notice how much this thing has never changed over time.

I would start from the assumption that no match is ever easy to predict.
Obviously there are possibilities to consider and statistics to evaluate, but taking a result for granted is always the wrongest thing you can do, because in reality what happens is always what we all have taken for granted.
So you can bet on it, but always with caution.
