When we talk about competition in the Ligue 1 let's forget about Monaco, Lille, Marseille, Lyon and the other clubs I forgot to mention, we should be expecting that competition to come from teams that we least expected to do the needful, PSG can lose 10 games and before march they are leading the table with a promising point so where's the competition? As far as I know, the Ligue 1 is for PSG, they own it and nothing can be done to chase them off that number 1 position.
These are exact reason why ligue 1 is called farmers league. Apart from PSG, there are no other wealthy clubs here. Nasser Al Khelaifi is ready to spend record amount of money to strengthen his squad. They have built one of strongest squads in europe and appointed one of the smart manager. It is natural that any other team in ligue 1 will lag behind PSG in terms of competition. If french clubs were bit more free spending and capable of preparing large fund for player transfer, perhaps ligue 1 would become more competitive.

Can OL hold PSG to a draw in match week 8. This is one important match in the Ligue 1 that will decide who stays at the top of the table. PSG has become a big threat in European games and OL don't stand a chance in this game. If it's a draw at the end of the game OL retains their position else they relinquish it to PSG. It's going to be one match where both sides will protect their interests. If OL can they can use the number of injured players in PSG as their strength to get a draw or possible win.
If my prediction is right OL won’t be able to hold PSG. The reason is pretty simple because the match is played at PSG home and PSG is going into this game with high confidence after beating Barcelona in the UCL. Besides, PSG really needs three points to catch up with Lille at the top of the standings, especially since Lille is currently leading 1-0 against Monaco and will most likely maintain that score until the end of the match. On the other hand, Lyon is facing PSG with low confidence after losing 3-0 to Hoffenheim in the Europa League. What makes me sure that Lyon can’t draw, let alone win against PSG is that statistically PSG has been stronger in several recent encounters.

You’ve to be the kidding me!! Is there any season where other teams are playing at their best, and PSG loses 10 games in a row, but the league finished in their favour? I can’t remember when that happened in Ligue 1. It may be I’ve never start watching football by then. We all that PSG have the spirit of turning things around, besides I don’t think the referees are helping them to win the league. Monaco, Marseille, Lille and other teams are not playing consistent games in the league, I bet you is one of the reasons why they failed to win the league over the years. Lens had the chance last season, and what did they do? It slipped out of their hands.

PSG is seriously giving their fans and non fans topic to discuss. They have climbed to second place in the Ligue 1 and dominant team in the Champions League. Their last game against Barcelona sends a serious message to every other team in the CL. Monaco whom I thought were ready for a competition this season has already dropped to 5th. I doubt of OL will stand at that top position after match day 8.

Seriously, it is very hard to compare PSG with any other team in Ligue 1. No team can actually withstand their performances, and that is why they have always been the favourite team to win the league title, even though they have faced some challenges from the beginning. But I would say that it is possible for PSG to lose as many as ten matches and still end up winning the league title. The other teams are not that weak, though. I can't deny the fact that PSG are in great form, judging by the results we have been seeing from them, especially in the Champions League. If PSG can beat Barcelona, considering Barcelona's current form, there aren't many teams they cannot beat unless they are not determined enough.Even I expected Barcelona to take advantage of PSG's injuries and win the match, but PSG proved to us that even without some of their key players, they can still survive because they have other players who can really perform well as key players.

PSG is the clear favorite in the league; even if they don't prioritize it, they could easily find themselves at the top of the standings before long. They possess a squad capable of this, and they have the depth to rotate players in certain matches. PSG is a formidable side—as evidenced by their performance against Barcelona—making them difficult to compare with other teams. They are currently playing the best football, and they continue to elevate their level with each passing day. While other teams in the league also have strong squads, they fall short of PSG’s quality. This gives PSG a distinct advantage in the title race—an edge they manage to leverage effectively at various points throughout the season.

It won't change anything, the Marseille I was talking about almost misbehave in their game today, imagine being ahead against a struggling team and almost went on to draw the game, Marseille was very lucky to have not drawn that game, 4-3 it ended and is this because PSG also have a more spending owner? I don't think so.

Because we see Bayern Munich at the top of the points table from the beginning to the end of Bundesliga. In comparison, Ligue 1 seems to be in a slightly better position.

But you really ought to think about it. Read up on Marseille’s financial troubles - they’re practically on the verge of bankruptcy. Their current spending cap for transfers is 5 million per player (I mean, who could you even buy for that kind of money, lol?). Money literally decides everything - Marseille doesn't have it, but PSG does, so all the best players are at PSG, and Marseille will be fighting for survival in the league this season, and the fact that they even won yesterday is something that should be surprising. PSG’s budget is equal to that of their six closest rivals combined, naturally, there is no competition in the league, and there won’t be as long as the situation remains this way.

The bundesliga and ligue 1 are no different. The only difference is that Bayern have to establish themselves at the top of the table early because there are a few teams that could surprisingly overtake them, like Leverkusen. In ligue 1, meanwhile, Enrique seems to underestimate the other clubs more (and to be fair, the other teams are weaker and easier to overtake). Even when PSG perform poorly and fall a few points behind, they can still catch up very easily in the end. So neither league is really better than the other because both are farmer's leagues.

I'm not arguing any of all you said, you are completely correct but that is not where I'm driving at, Marseille almost lost their game against 18th place Le Havre that can be relegated before the end of this season, that is what I'm saying. Financial problem doesn't go out there on the pitch to play the game, the players were terrible for almost all their games, coordination or playing as a unit can make a team more stronger while the owners worry about building their funds so what you saying is different from what the players are displaying on the pitch, they did well last season but this season is too weak from them.
