Of course PSG will definitely win Le Havre and get the 3 points, now that they're topping the league with 1 points different and Rennes sitting second this is their opportunity of getting a free 3 points and top the league with 4 points different. Because I'm not sure if Rennes will be able to defeat Nice this weekend, i understand that Rennes is inform but they might not win this their match against nice. But PSG might not score up to 4 goals on this match, because of this clubs that remain in relegation zone seems to be stubborn at times, but PSG will definitely win the match.

Surely a team like PSG can only win against the last team in the standings (which has only taken two points so far).
So they are three safe points secured, not bad.
Now, in fact, PSG is in first place again, and it is no coincidence, I dare say, that they have recovered even if the latest injury suffered against Barcelona is serious.
PSG on top is not news. They are already swimming on top with a sweet 5-1 win. They comfortably beat the worst team in the league right now. But the scoreline does not prove they are champions; as long as Rennes survives the away trip, then the title race will still be on and Le Havre was seriously run through by PSG. They smack the hell out of their goalpost. I am sure Rennes will put all their energy into their game so they don't drop points.

Rennes played with all their might but lost the match against Nice by a huge margin of 5-2. We saw a big score in the first match of this week, the total number of goals between the two matches was 13. PSG won the first match of the week against a relatively weak team Le Havre by a margin of 1-5 goals, which was expected. But Rennes' defeat against Nice was not expected at all. They also failed to make the match competitive, instead Nice left the field with an easy win.

PSG had one of the best win in the French ligue, they whipped Le Havre 5:1 with Achraf Hakimi making a goal contribution in the 5 goals that was scored. He scored a hat trick and assisted the other two goals. PSG keeps the fire burning despite that some of their key players are injured and didn't feature in their matches.

Stade Rennes failed woefully, and Nice showed them no mercy at all. If Rennes had won they would have still maintain a close gap of one point against PSG but now they are 4 points a part. This is always the problem with these teams, they are never consistent in winning matches which is why PSG always win the title in most of the seasons.

I already knew that PSG  will be topping the league with 4 points different from the second team which is Rennes. I said ot earlier to that Rennes is likely to lose that match against nice, and i said the less Rennes can play on this match is to draw the game else they'll will lose it. What I'm surprised of is the goals nice scored 5-2 that's unimaginable, i never expected nice to scored them up to 5 goals now PSG is now topping and hope to remain there till the end of the season. For now no clubs in France league1 will dominate the way PSG has dominated the league.

Paris Saint Germain are seriously showing signs and commitment of a champion, and readiness of becoming the champions yet again for the third time in a role.

They always shows any opponent they meet the hunger in them of winning everyone that comes their way, we (Barcelona fan) are also a victim of same after loosing to them.

I never doubted them of winning this match with such goal range and that was why i gambled, and played PSG to score 3 or more goals and even after their first conceding, I never doubted that to happen or them to win the match.

If PSG can continue with such performance and can prevent injuries like that of Kvaratskhelia, I doubt if any team even us(Barca) can stop them of winning the champions league again this season. Congratulations to the on the win.

PSG showed that they can win today's match 5-1 without their best strikers Khvicha Kvaratskhelia and Ousmane Dembélé. Although Le Havre was the weakest opponent, Achraf Hakimi scored a hat-trick in the match despite being a defender and assisted the other two goals. He contributed to all 5 goals today, he was very good today. Both Vitinha and Désiré Doué were in the bench for the whole match, but without them and without their main team, PSG scored 5 goals in total, which is really great. Le Havre is the weakest team, so it is normal to have such a score against them, but PSG was really great in the match.
But I was really surprised by the match between Rennais and Nice, I expected Rennais to win this match, but I did not expect such a defeat in any way. And the most surprising thing is that there were a total of 3 penalties in this match, Rennais had 1 and Nice had 2, basically Nice got the penalty in just 12 minutes, and from there the match became chaotic.

I was quite surprised when PSG fell behind 1-0, but Le Havre conceded 5 goals for the remainder of the match, ultimately losing 5-1. Hakimi scored a hat-trick a night he surely won’t forget. As a defender, he managed 3 goals and 2 assist it’s a statistical contribution that perhaps no other defender in the world has ever achieved in a single match. One could say that today, Hakimi played the best game of his career.

Though i haven't made research but I can bet that Hakimi is the first defender to score a hat trick and give 2 assists in a single game. This is what happens when the forwards begins to get weak, the defenders took their jobs. Le Havre wanted to distract PSG by scoring first but PSG humbled them to a 5:1 defeat. PSG is just incredible and in my view, they have the best squad in the world because Real Madrid is out of the equation. We used to see Real Madrid as a club that has the best players but now we can all agree that the world class players are all at PSG.

Guess I haven't been following up lately on football activities across the major leagues of lats,I didn't even know PSG had a match let alone knowing the score, if not that I clicked on this thread I wouldn't even have known about this, probably I would have seen the score but wouldn't know a defender scored a hat trick. A defender scoring a single goal even hard on its own not to score 2 but 3 in one match. Hakimi must really be feeling so fly today because it's not every week even a midfielder scores a brace let alone a defender scoring a hat trick.

It a time for Hakimi to get his hattrick for the season. Le Havre were even lucky to have opened the game with the first goal but unfortunately they couldn't keep the pace.  Enrique is a tactical coach and understands team rationing quite well. His next fixture should be against Villareal and that can be a challenging fixture and his choice of player against Le Havre shows his strong understanding about his squad and yet the didn't disappoint with the number of goals recorded against their host team.
What a day for Hakimi; he was involved in all five goals with super hattrick. With this win now, PSG is at the top with 20 points, and the difference of points is also increasing from the second-best-spotted team, Rennes. At the end of the ninth round, things are getting better shaped. Lyon and Monaco have a good chance of jumping to top ranks, but they need to give their best in coming matches.

Le Havre is without any win, while their defense is also the worst; they already conceded 20 goals from 9 games. Even though things are still in balance, they needed to have good improvement if they wanted to have a good end to this season. A few big names also fail to have a good start in this season, but they are picking momentum, which is going to be interesting.

Le Havre vs PSG who do you think is getting the 3point in this game? PSG of course. This game tomorrow will be one of the easiest game for PSG in the Ligue 1 because the team they play against isn't sure if they can survive the Ligue 1 this season because from all indications they might remain 18th till the end of this season. Marseille could not beat Le Havre, it was a lucky one for Marseille that it ended 4-3 for a team that is 18th on the table so I expect PSG to train with Le Havre, beat them without allowing them score up to 3 goals like they did against Marseille.
It would not be an entirely easy game like you mentioned, even though they are at the bottom of the table. PSG would have a likely low odd for this win and it would not be the best option for bettors, so my predictions would be a GG in this game, but PSG should have the win at the end.

Deep inside, I still feel that Le Havre would surprise a lot of people but we would have to wait and see until the match starts, maybe we could see a surprising first league win for them.

As soon as I saw the quick goal by Le Havre I said to myself that PSG will use this early mistake they made to punish this people, they did accordingly with the wonderful hat trick by the Morocco right back Hakimi. No wonder they are still 18th on the table without any win, honestly speaking Le Havre was very poor, nothing they try was working for them, like they lost every single moment to get a goal after the first one, their defense was completely exposed and the midfield was nowhere to be found and I would have been disappointed if PSG hadn't scored those number of goals because it was just there for them to do the needful, finally they' are at the top of the Ligue 1 table, let's see how it will be for the other clubs if they can drag them down again.

The luxury of comfort Luis Enrique has, knowing his defenders are up to the task of scoring just like his attackers, is one of a kind. I've never seen Hakimi in this manner before. He is having a good season. If Hakimi continues this way. Scoring in the Champions League and in Ligue 1, he is going to be named the African best player for the year. Though he has won that before, it won't be a crime to win it multiple times. However, I watched the highlights. The attackers weren't weak. Hakimi just happened to be available in scoring positions. And he made good use of his chances.

We had 3 games being played today. Results are as follows:

As expected, PSG didn't have any problems defeating the last in the table Le Havre, although it were the hosts who scored the first goal, but they couldn't hold on to that lead for too long.
I think Lille Vs Lens was a much more interesting game. Lens had their chance last season, they were going head-to-head with PSG and there were moments when it looked like they could snatch the title, but they came a bit short. This season Lens are the shadow of the team they were last year, but Lille took their place as the main threat to PSG's championship this season. The 1-0 win over Lens might seem modest, and the only goal was scored late in the game, but it was a fully deserved win by Lille as they dominated the game and created many more chances.

Sincerely speaking there is just something about this PSG squad that makes them really special, no wonder they keep dominating football. The squad entirely is complete and reliable because of the quality they have in it and that's why it easy for every player of the team to step up and score goals without waiting or relying on only the attackers to score goals.
Hakimi has always been a very good player, I think he's one of the best in his position, he attacks well and defend well too so I am not surprised seeing him score this many goals in a single game. Of course if he can stay consistent then he can surely win the African best player award again.

I expected PSG to breeze past Le Havre, and that’s exactly what happened. Le Havre is essentially a "yo-yo" club in this league—they’ll likely end up relegated by the end of the season.
As for Lille, they prioritize Ligue 1, but they haven’t been able to replicate that form in the Champions League. They managed to beat Lens 1-0 yesterday. They have a match against Bodø/Glimt in Norway this Tuesday, and they’ll likely lose that one. If the odds are favorable, I’m planning to place a bet on a Bodø/Glimt win.

Smiles the more reason why this leagues are truly farmers league, I thought it was Lyon that was behind Paris Saint Germain? How on earth are they on the 6th place of the french Ligue 1 standings? Anyways it's already known before now that Paris Saint Germain is definitely gonna win the league title no matter what the other teams do, so I'm not really surprised about the standings, now they all have to fight for the top four spot and let the championship slide, because none can match up Paris Saint Germain's energy.

Even when Paris saint Germain hasn't gotten to the top of the Ligue 1 table people already believe that they will go top one day so i wasn't surprised seeing Paris saint Germain sitting at top with 20 points while Lille that is behind them has 18 points. Paris saint Germain played the most uninformed club in the league yesterday and got them trash 1-5 with Hakimi scoring a hat trick, although Le Havre was first to score before Paris saint Germain started scoring and didn't stop still they got 5 goals. I believe with time they increase their points gap on the clubs getting closer to them, anyway Paris saint Germain focus will be winning the uefa champions league title again to make them 3 times back to back to back winners just like Real madrid.

All my years of watching football, I have never seen a defender scored a hat trick and provide two assists in a match. What Hakimi did is astonishing. He has developed so much under Luis Enrique. With this performance and with the way his club has been dominating the champions league and domestic league, he is going to retain his African best player award this time around. With the way he has been playing his football, I sometimes wonder what Hakimi would have achieved if he was a winger.

You are correct that Paris Saint-Germain will lift the title, but Lyon is an old story. Lyon was 5th on 14 points at the 7th matchday and then dropped to 5th on 14 points with a game in hand while Paris Saint-Germain surged to 20 points after beating Le Havre with a score of 1-5. Paris Saint-Germain has now won 9 straight matches across all competitions, including Manchester City and Barcelona. Already a 6-point gap has opened between Paris Saint-Germain and second-placed Lille, hence the "farmers' league" jab is fair with no one catching up with them.

If I recall correctly, Hakimi is a player who was converted from a winger into a defender. He has gelled exceptionally well with Paris Saint-Germain and has developed into a fantastic defender. His performance in the last match was truly extraordinary. Looking at his display, he could well be named the world's player of the week. It is almost impossible for a defender to put in a performance like that.
