The big problem is that we have nothing that we can challenge. They have 550 mbtc from me, but so far I discovered that they are not licensed with Antillephone (1xbet is licensed with antillephone). I aso wrote ge gambling control board, but they refuse to answer. That could also indicate that they are not licensed at all in Curacao but in Costa Rica for example.

Maybe people have more technical knowledge about it, but I am stuck at the moment. 1xbit is laughing really hard, since he thinks he is untouchable and hiding behind a wall.
What would it be nice if this wall can get ripped, and that we can discover who the real owner is from this scam site? BETB2B has the information, but they don't give it.

I think to fight this person will require the support of the manager that once work for their campaign before when their reputation is good cause there must be a way they communicate then but since they are not license it hard to fight online unless we see a user that know them in person.

You are good at trying to solve this problem.
but it's difficult, man, when you have a problem, you don't include evidence, then it can be nil, we know that even 1xbit often suspends a lot of accounts with unreasonable clarity, therefore we don't know what the mistake was as a user especially with assets in it.
Or does this account have not been opened for a long time then when you reopen your account it was blocked, is that the reality?

I can't understand one thing, did you forgot your username, email, password (one from them) or you remember them but are unable to login?

If you ask them, they can suspend accounts when they wish, they can cancel bets when they wish. Usually, it happens when you win. When you lose, you can feel free to lose more.
There are a lot of similar topics and overall, a lot of scam accusation threads against them. Hope they'll help you in this case but... Never leave your coins on another website again!

Thanks for answering me. That definitely didn't happen - I had huge losses anyway on that account. Once again, that security department refuses to answer any of my emails since the account was closed.
Can you please try to contact them in my behalf in order to reopen my account or to have my deposits refunded at very least?

FACTS:
My account was closed by Security Department with balance in it.
I got no deposit amount refunded neither any withdraw option after that.
I deposited way more than I withdrawn.

I just visited this website for the first time and immediately went to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy pages. No LLC/LTD company is mentioned, just "1xBit website" but that is not a legal entity.

The owner of this scam is hiding behind anonymity while scamming the people that sign up to play at that website.

And when you see a footer with the following notice that a website is protected by law it clearly is not and the owner wants to fool people in to thinking they are a genuine business but it is clear the whole thing is a scam:

I have contacted the license holder Antillephone from Curacao about my case regarding to 1xbit, but they told me that 1xbit is not familiar to them.
I am afraid they are licensed in costa rica. I spent hours and hours to find data about their company, but I can not find it anywhere.

They do not have a gaming licence from Curacao otherwise they would listed it. I think you are wrong because there is no evidence they are registered in Costa Rica. Why would you contact "Antillephone from Curacao" in the first place?

It seems they are not listed as an company anywhere, they are not a company it is just some scammer trying his luck.
