I received the email from security. My account was closed for T&C violation. After that I didn't receive any answer.

It was closed by their side not my request. So yes I have the right to be refunded.

Most probably there is no any. the only problem is that a customer is winning some bets, and that is the moment when 1xbit call the shots and block the account.
So far nobody is able to detect which company is running this scam site. He should be really lucky if 1xbit pays him his deposit back.

There is always that you can try to do, but 1xbit is not going to help you.
Once they give the reason that you frauded or violated, their decision is already final and in best case you get your deposit back.
I have seen many cases in 1xbit scam situations, and they never pay people. Unless the amount is like 10 mbtc, then you have a chance.
As soon as the money is decent, they just take it and they do not care about you.

Contact the 1xbit representative on this forum, seems they posted recently too. You have to take care of your hand when you have it. Once it's cut, it's cut forever. Same applies to this case, where were you before that accident? I am really astonished, these people send their money to random strangers online, not only money but KYC documents too, idk what to say.
Well, contact them if it helps, open scam accusation (if it has any idea), if no response from them, then just forget this accident and continue your life as normal but take it as a lesson and be careful in future, you shouldn't put your hard-earned money into scammers pocket.

You can't teach old dog new tactics, these scammers know how to handle the complaints. The rigged casino and non-paying support team are the perfect combo for ripping gamblers, they can ask illogical stuff to prove the account ownership. On SBR forums, one gambler said the scammers changed the ToS before accepting withdrawal requests, they changed "1 account per house" to "1 account per family member".   How unfair and fishy..

i received this message after i contacted 1xbit_official in a personal message after i received an email from the "security team" that i violated T&C.
and they closed my account with money still inside.
this is a systematic behavior by their side witch if you read earlier replies you can all agree on.
this site its part of a WORLD WIDE SCAM that includes a chain of sites including sites like melbet 1xbet 22bet and a couple of other websites in all of those sites they "reserve the right to close you account without giving you any reason" most of them have a fake gaming license and some of them have no gaming license at all.
these guy a most wanted criminal and all of the victims here should submit their cases to Interpol financial crime department.
we should combine all our cases against them submit them to Interpol and file a lawsuit as well pagans 1XBET (as i like to refer to them as the mother site).

please do me a favor and don't you dare open an account with them this is a guaranteed money loss

to 1xbit_official i ask again no actually i demand to know what exact term or condition you claim i have violated and please for you sake provide proof.
the account is well documented the account was open for no longer than a week, i bet live i few times and and placed a couple of single bets one NBA and the Australia open.

once again calling all victims to PM me your complaints so we can merge them into one huge case against thees thiefs
