Otherwise why would security send me that email? or block department telling me always to contact security deparment in order to get my account info? Are you saying that this message wasn't sent by your security department to me, about my account? I want they to state that they didnt send me that email. So it will be a big expose. I'm able to provide anything to prove they did. Also I never requested them to block my account due to gambling addiction. Only other accounts created after that be closed. @everyone or any admin, can I share screen or something so you can check the email truth? I'm being full of this answers from 1xbit. |

We don't share evidence due to security reasons, in our turn we don't ask people to share evidence for complaint creation, even if there is no evidence at all. Dypper has stated that he registered his phone on the site, but on our site accounts are generated automatically, and you can back them up with email, not the phone. That's why we have grounds to assume that he is texting to the wrong address. Unfortunately, there is no access for the marketing team to our security emails. Sincerely, 1xBit team |

But I contacted security@1x-bit.com and I was replied from that email address so no excuses because a phone number. I sent to 1xbit one more evidence about my account closure contacted using another address. If you double you can access my email inbox using teamviewer or whatever you want. I'm not lying. Your security department might know very well the sent emails. All you need to do is to request evidences of the sent and received emails about my account. You will see I'm talking truth. Ridiculous. I had multiple accounts and I stated that in the email, thats why your security department closed my account immediatly. I have 2 emails from them stating my account was closed due to rules violation. So what is the doubt about it? |
