We have already explained that the support team doesn't have access to violations committed by a player.
We don't refund bets just because they lost.

Our security team has checked your accounts and found out that there is a reason to ban your account with funds in it. That might be due to a few reasons, one of them is withdrawing amount that equals to deposited amount.

As we said before - a player won't be in negative profit except if he lost his bets.

I am disappointed that after so many requests asking for victims to contact the domain registrar - none did.

The 1xbit scammers registered their domain using this domain registrar: https://internetbs.net

domain registrar email: contact-en@internet.bs

What is stopping a victim taking action? They even have live chat on their website: https://internetbs.net/en/domain-name-registrations/contact.html

They are using Cloudflare nameservers so a victim should report them to Cloudflare too

It nice you know they are DT members and I don't see any reason why they will know how your site works since they usually choose to use the long existing reputable sports betting site like stake, sportsbet etc.

Wrong , There are many gambling site that does not require KYC and asking Email does not mean It is a KYC requiring because people can create tons of Emails but presenting ID verification( in which the legit KYC requirement) is Indeed.

And also I see the other way around , You are not asking for Email just to Let gambler Cheat so you can easily Blocked their account once they Win.

Because if you are really Indeed against Cheating , then You must prevent those players from the beginning that you find out they are creating multiple account , but instead you let them DEPOSIT to favor your Scamming and Don't Let then WITHDRAW to Favor your Scamming more.
