You are right on both points you raised. They will not answer the question about who actually owns (name and address) the 1xbit website and the 1xbit scammers will not define what "controversial" bets are therefore no surprise there. They will say what they want to selectively scam whoever they want

One thing is really sure mate, they will never answer this question because there is only one answer " they will hide again in their PRIVCY policy" LOL  

If a person places controversial bets from different accounts, it means only one thing - he is trying to win in any possible way and to hide this. If someone does it from the same account it also means he is trying to outplay the bookmaker, but he is not hiding it, so we just refund the bets.

I have to say it is not going to be this easy for you to get over this. After you get all these complaints and negative reviews, even though you work really hard to recover, it is already gone and people are not going to suddenly start thinking that you are doing everything you can and this place is fine. The first thing anyone will see is the negative reviews and it will stay like that for a long time, I am not imagining that changing anytime soon. I would advise you to close everything and restarting with a new name, get some partners that are liked here and prove people that you are a legit website in the new place.

They have many excuses to give you. But they will never return your funds, it is the main way to generate their revenue. So you're stuck on their website. Now you can post all the evidence you have here, so that everyone else can understand how dangerous this website is. There are many more members like you who are already stuck on this website.

What he did is the same as if he cashed out the first bet while in profit.

If I play on a basketball match on Team A to win by 7 points or more, and then during the match while they are up by 20 I decide to bet on Team B not to lose by 18 or more, is that considered arbitrage betting?

Why stay? In order to scam more people and earn more money. Why didn't you think of that? They say that there is no definite limit to the greed of a human being. 1xbit is a team of greedy scammers.

Why don't you guys research these sites before investing? Just a quick search would provide a ton of information regarding how shady this website truly is.

LTC deposits and withdrawals are usually quick everywhere. They will probably come up with different excuses in order to not refund your deposit. Starting a scam accusation against them could help you out and others too.

When a person places a single bet of any type, and this bet wins - it is fair.
But when he is placing a few bets of the opposite outcome to be at profit in any way - it's more like trading. If a bookmaker (any) always looses, there won't be any bookmakers at all.

After the match is begun, some odds are getting locked away and the game forwards to the "live" section, which has its own rules.

For basketball, if the duration of a match is 40 minutes, at least 35 minutes must be played for bets to stand. If the duration of a match is 48 minutes, at least 40 minutes must be played for bets to stand.
