Hi all,

I have an account with 1xBit. I have it since two years ago, and I never had problems with them.

Last Friday I requested a withdrawal of 0.5BTC to my Ethereum wallet, and the withdrawal is still "processing" since then.

After waiting a couple of days, I started looking in forums opinions about 1xBit and I certainly was really surprised about so many scam accusations.

Considering what is happening to me right now, I'm just posting asking for suggestions, as 1xBit support is not answering nor providing any information on the issue, I'm seeing their Ethereum account working (processing deposits and withdrawals) normally (and with over 300ETH balance) and every time I contact their live chat their only answer is that "I have to wait for the specialists"

Has this happened to any of you with 1xBit? Was it solved? I've been scammed? If so, how could I proceed?

1xbit continue to scam with impunity. I hope one of the victims reports them to the police. hopefully the people behind the 1xbit scam will go to jail.

Unfortunately I'm starting to think that I would end up on that list you posted. Because I sent them over 20 emails without any answer, I contacted them several times on the live chat and they do not provide any information. I still have not received my withdrawal...

What are my possibilities now? Is there any way to claim my funds?

Here is their ETH account. No withdrawals pending. So indeed it seems I am being scammed. This is really scary.

1xbit is constantly telling people breached their terms, but they refuse to tell which one.
Simple explanation: Nobody breached the terms. Just an excuse not to pay

We do not indicate the exact reason to prevent further damage, it's pretty alike with asking a cop to explain how he caught you - if he will, a "criminal" will know how to avoid it next time.

Our security team has checked your account and found no funds that require to be refunded. Which means a player have withdrawn an amount that bigger or equals to his deposits amount, or the bets were simply lost.

Yeah there are some Players that did not experience such scamming issue but you can count them in your fingers when the victims are thousands accounts    and Until how long you will deny your scamming? until when you'll deny that there are really victims here? day after day there are coming issues here and there.

Yes, I've been using 1xbit for almost two years without any issue. Is the first time I have an issue like this. All my withdrawals before this one were processed properly. How did I find this forum? Just googled "1xbit not processing withdrawal". Several threads of this forum about scam accusations to 1xbit were the first results. I started to be really scared.

Even though, I waited the whole weekend and all Monday long. I did not post until I gave them 4 days to process a transfer that should be almost instantaneous.

I will post if they finally process the withdrawal? Of course. Is what I desire most, believe me. But they are not giving any answer, and their last comment is really scary, because if they processed the transaction, why they don't provide the TX Hash so I can check?

The only issue I have with them is that they owe me 0.5BTC and they are withholding my payment. Wihdrawal is approved, it is just about they are not processing it and they don't explain why. It would be very simple to solve it on their side, but silence and asking for "understanding" is not what I was expecting from them.

The scam accusations given still more convincing rather than newbie account who's posting a positive vouch to this site, Experience users already knows this kind of tactics so still eventhough they shill up their thread still the impression of people how 1xbit operates still the same. So maybe the best thing they could do is legitimately fix whatever they need to fix so that the users who left him negative trust will be convince to erase the feedbacks given to their account here.

Posting good feedback and using newly created account will never give any good impression here.

2 years? You are lucky in my opinion. 1xbit scams their users at random times in smart ways. They usually focus on scamming big amounts and ignore gamblers betting small amounts based on what I observed.

You should have withdrawn all your funds when you had the chance. It's as good as gone now since 5 days is way too long for a single ETH transaction. They will probably come up with pointless excuses trying to cover up their scam.

By posting that you have no issue with 1XBIT you are supporting their cause, you should stop playing on this gambling site, it's been proven that they have scammed and still scamming people, you are safe now but you can't ever be sure tomorrow, I hope you are not a paid poster to make 1XBIT appear that they are legit when they are not.

Do you want me to lie and invent issues that I did not have in the past? I've been using them in the last two years and had no major issue like this one. I'm not going to come in here and lie about that. I'm not supporting their cause, you cannot imagine how angry I am at them right now. They owe me 0.5BTC... The 1xbit scammers do not intend to address concerns of the people they scamed otherwise they would never scam them in the first place.

Do not trust anything the 1xbit scammers say, it is important for victims to report them to the police in order to try to shut the website down and in order to try to have the scammers sent to jail.

Or maybe any victim can report this to their local police and then ask them to request internetbs to suspend the domain. Either way the 1xbit scammers should not allowed to continue scamming with impunity.

We believe there is no evidence of 1xBit scamming activities since we return funds even to violating accounts.
