If you are not part of the team, then let the support or the official representative here answer these issues if they are not good at defending themselves on the many accusations how can you, when you are just wearing their ad in their signature, don't go extra miles it's hard to defend a project who is not good in solving issues, if this is a reputable casino I can vouch and ask for patience but unfortunately they are not.

Perhaps the rep on the forum here can help you. He is active from time to time and usually answers all questions from all persons and players. I'm sorry you're dealing with that addiction. Easiest would be to just not gamble more yourself than to avoid worse.

Also, I believe that closing the account will not do anything. After all, you can open a new account on hundreds of other gambling sites at any time. In such a situation, it is much better to admit to your loved ones that you have problem and ask for help from specialists. Pretending there is no problem will do nothing and sooner or later you will get back to gambling.

Let us know if you've already recovered your deposit. I assume if you don't speak up here, that you get your money back.

Sad to say but this is how The company deals with issues here. that is the sad part that i keep on asking why there still players trusting them when there are multiple problems that has been pointed here with proofs.

I also don't think we can fault 1xbit in this matter. Someone who is a gambling addict must take responsibility for his or her gambling behavior. It is not that you are forced to deposit the money on a site.
Maybe 1xbit can still help you with this deposit from last time.
