I agree with you that the Premier League is more interesting to watch now because the race for the Premier League title is getting serious and clubs like Liverpool, Manchester City, and Arsenal are fighting to lift the Premier League title this season, while Aston Villa, Tottenham, and Manchester United are fighting to finish in the 4th position of the Premier League.

So true, the strict competition has become the main reason why people were also interesting to watch it. I meant that if we must also take a look at the fact that some clubs were fully committing to get EPL trophy this season. I do like this kind of situation.

I really don't think all this rules are being applied to a bigger teams, because it has already been proven by the European football body that Manchester city have broken the rules on multiple occasions, but due to their status and financial power, they still find away around it, and they went away without being punished by expulsion,  but if it were for a smaller teams that did even half of what Manchester city have done, in terms of breaking the rules, all the punishment would have been applied to that team.

Ok just look at how 10 point was deducted easily from Everton just because they broke the law, how many times have you heard that in England a bigger team point was deducted because they broke the rules, I just want you to be aware that the bigger teams mostly pay fine, which to them it's normal, than their point being deducted.

Manchester City vs Beneft was an interesting game between the two teams and Manchester City luckily won by 0-1. The game was really exciting with Beneft attacking strongly but they couldn't keep the ball in Manchester City's net which could not equalize the match. Although the game was played at Manchester City's home ground, it was a great battle between the two teams from start to finish but Erling Haaland's goal in the 71st minute gave Manchester City the win and managed to collect the points. However, since Manchester City organized the match brilliantly, they occupy the second position in the points table and they have 56 points. At the moment, they would have 56 points and Liverpool's 57 points at the top of the points table. Of course, the competition between Manchester City and Liverpool will continue.

Even though city won with narrow score but this can at least save city to stick on liverpool. I thought that city would be ended with draw as the final result but i was wrong about that. haaland became the key for city to get three points. It was so damn good for brentford to keep city with zero score until the second half.
The main weakness from city can be seen from that match. Brentford played with so many midfielders and this is also making city feels a bit difficult to score caused by there are many players in the mid. CIty was not able playing freely.

I think that city was lucky enough to win the game. It would be another disaster of this club will be ended with the draw as the final result. It's not that good to see that city to lose another points. People have been hoping this club to continue its domination in EPL.
It makes other club have no chance to win the competition as long as manchester city was still there. De bruyne and haaland have become the main key for the club to win the game. I think they will stay for many years.

The gap between city and liverpool are not so big but that's enough to give pressure for liverpool which is placing at the top position right now.

It was a really hard-fought win for Manchester City last night.    I wasn't expecting them to have this much difficulty in scoring even one goal against Brentford. Flekken is really impressive recently and he gave his everything in this game as well. He got a 8.4 rating for this performance and I think he was definitely the man of the match. 

Haaland scored a really critical goal otherwise Brentford were about to steal one point at Etihad despite being overwhelmed by Manchester City during the whole game. Every single win is very important for Manchester City on the road to the league title. Especially after losing points against Chelsea home.

Didn't they start having difficulty winning from the last meeting, like against Everton? and in last night's match Manchester City had to win the match in the crucial minutes. That was with a narrow score of 1-0 even though they were playing at home. I don't think the same thing will happen again and maybe Manchester City has experienced an emergency at the end of this season. If you look at it, everything went according to plan, but in my opinion, this time Manchester City's game was not very satisfying.

Is it possible that other teams are starting to be able to read Manchester City's game movements? and if that's true, they will experience obstacles more often to get 3 points in the next match. Competition is getting tighter and Manchester City has to fight with Liverpool and Arsenal who only have a narrow difference in the standings. I will still be curious who will win the title this season and also if Manchester City can get through this season with so many obstacles then they will be on a different level to other strong teams in the EPL.

Manchester city literally had a tough game against Brentford because all their efforts to win the game with some levels of ease was actually resisted and stopped by Brentford and they(Manchester city) did dominated the first half so well yet ended it in a goalless draw. Brentford had a quiet impressive defense making it really difficult for Manchester city to penetrate despite all their attempts.

Manchester city had a good play and even had one of their goals canceled, going by the odd given them by the bookies I had taught it was going to be an easy game for Manchester city to win but maybe the absence of de bruyne was another reason they struggled to get as much goal as they should because Brentford wasn't expected to be a really strong team but they did performed really well and at some point they became a threat around the 18 yard box of Manchester city but city had a good defense too who couldn't allow for certain mistakes. Pepe even seem not really happy with the results tho they were able to get three points but they would gotten more goals.

Manchester City played a good game, but I also expected more than one goal, even though the one goal increased their points by three points, which makes them just a point lower than Liverpool. Still, the game was interesting, but what I was also impressed with more was the resistance and the defence that Brentford had against Manchester City. It was so hard for Manchester to penetrate the defence, so I can say Brentford came prepared not to lose against Manchester City, but they also know that it will be great luck for them not to lose that game. 

But I also thought that maybe it was because De Bruyne was not in the game that is the reason they find it hard to achieve more goals, but never the less, the game was very tough and the game results came as expected, which I put as Manchester City to win, and they won, so the results came as expected. 

I am also expecting a one-sided game but both keepers are special in this match The city is not up to mark but the defense is just perfect by Brentford. Last minute goal by Haaland give Man City 3 points and now it's just a 1 point difference from the topper of the table Liverpool.

Manchester city seem to be the team in England with one of the best set of scouts because they mostly bring in exactly the kind of players the team needs at almost every point nd they maintain set of players that are usually young vibrant and mostly in their prime. Liverpool aswell has got good scout but they have a good coach who help them assemble these teams much better even after the scouting but with Manchester united it seems much different that even the few good players that were gotten do usually seem to be in their best performance probably due to the Coach approach on how well to utilize them or probably the psychology of the players around the team but the coch has got a bigger role in all of this.

Another example is Chelsea who have a fairly high budget in the transfer market but they don't get players who can really make their team improve. Meanwhile, Man United is a rich club. But their spending budget in the transfer market last season was quite limited. That's why ten Hag couldn't buy the players he was actually after. Man City is different because this club is very generous when it comes to spending budgets in the transfer market. Liverpool and Manchester city are the two major contenders for the title race for me at this point, arsenal had a shot on the title but they couldn't maintain the top spot for too long, same thing they did last season and Manchester city came from behind and snatched it from them, however I think they haven't learnt their lesson yet, because if they inventually come back at the top, they will eventually drop once again at the crucial time, So for me, arsenal should me rolled out because of their inconsistency.

Manchester united are on the 6th position on the league table, behind Aston villa and Tottenham Hotspur, it won't be an easy task for united to get through these two clubs and occupy that number 4 spot, as both teams have been impressive lately.

These 3 big clubs should continue to fight because their quality is beyond doubt. Liverpool which only has a 1 point advantage, is considered threatened because Man City clearly sees this as a big opportunity to take over the top of the standings. In my opinion, Liverpool need to be careful, they are playing a bottom club today but it could be a tough match. Even if Liverpool wins 3 points, that's normal but the victory still doesn't make it safe. Arsenal could actually be a competitor who is more ambitious this season because last season they lost at the end of the season, Arteta has learned a lot not to be too aggressive at the start of the season and save energy. Now the three clubs will use all their strength.

I was thinking that with the current performance of Manchester City, they were going to find it easy to beat Brentford with many goals, but it later turned out to be the opposite. Although Brentford also had many chances to score, unfortunately they failed to do so, which I don't really know why in that match given that they were doing well and they didn't get weak through out the match till the 90 minutes of the match.

Despite Brentford's defensive approach, they made a crucial mistake and City capitalized on it to score. The only reason City won was because a defender slipped. Brentford put up a good fight, but unfortunately, City's goal-scoring machine proved again. +3 points are important, but City needs to start scoring more goals again. Although the wins were disappointing, perhaps Pep has a strategy in mind. There are crucial and challenging games ahead that City can't afford to lose. Based on their recent performances against Chelsea and Brentford, Pep seems to be focusing on keeping the team relaxed and fit for these important matches.
