I agree with you. Manchester United's performance towards the end of the previous season was very good. The team consistently performed well and managed to qualify for the Champions League. So we had high expectations from Manchester United this season. In addition, several new players were bought by Ten Hag to strengthen the team.   But till the end we did not see any change in the performance of Manchester United. We have seen further deterioration of Manchester United's performance.

Despite that I lose my ticket yesterday, I never had the courage to include them in my game and my curiosity checkmate what I fear that yesterday. They tried their best against Manchester United but I think they look tired and I don't know the actual cause, could it because they already conceded two goals in the first half but on a second thought, Manchester City are good at making a comeback games to equalized but they couldn't do that yesterday and felt bad for Guardiola though they save Erik Ten Hag from getting sack immediately after that match.

Ten Hag failed to strengthen the Manchester United team despite being offered large funds and plenty of opportunities. Why would Manchester United management keep Ten Hag as coach for one more season? I don't think Manchester United management will trust Ten Hag again.

When you do bad, nature has it way of dealing with people back in double fold. When Ronaldo was fustrated in that club, everyone who hated him were pushing agenda that he is proud, this and that but until he left the club and Erik thought the job is going to be  an easy job until realization chapter kick in and he couldn't do much anymore and Ronaldo is in Saudi Arabia kicking teams. Don't be surprised if he is kickout before the next season.

2 season and 2 trophy i have to says Ten Hag has fulfilled his promise at Manchester United that when he was first time arrived to this team Ten Hag was promised the trophy and he can realized that target although he still unable to bringing Manchester United to gets Premier League trophy but i think this is good start and if Ten Hag is still in this team i think next season Manchester United will be able to performing better than this season and recently some of Manchester United players is still hopes that Ten Hag will be still at this team next season but it says Ten Hag future will be decided next week whether he will be sacked or retained

Erik Ten Hang has a great achievement for Manchester United but it is not obvious to many people. After Sir Alex Ferguson, I think Erik Ten Hang is the coach that has achieved more than all other coaches. I don't know actually if he did more than Mourinho. Mourinho ended in 4th in the table and also he won the Europa League. Maybe Mourinho has a better record than Erik Ten Hang.

However, if I were the Manchester United management, I will not dismiss Erik Ten Hang, rather I will buy players for him. ETH has played majority of the season without a solid defence line. Just this FA cup finals that he has good number of his defenders available, can you see why he was able to achieve the success by winning Manchester city. Give him more players and he will do great things...

Manchester United is eighth in the table this season. This is probably the lowest in the last 10 years. In the 2020–21 season Manchester United managed to occupy the second place in the table. So it cannot be said that Manchester United were in complete disarray before Ten Hag took over as coach.

Manchester United should definitely be looking for a new coach.   There is no doubt that United played very well against Manchester City. However, the main problem of Manchester United is that this team is not able to maintain the consistency of good performance.

I was a bit surprised when I saw how they played when they beat Manchester City, their performance was very different from what they have shown so far when playing in the EPL. Manchester United has the quality and ability to finish in a better position, but due to their inconsistent performance, they have to settle for finishing in 8th position in the standings.

Ten Hag is a great coach, he has the ability to bring Manchester United to beat Manchester City, who appeared dominant throughout the match. Ten Hag still needs to do a lot next season if he remains as Manchester United coach, he must be able to make Manchester United appear consistent like Arteta did at Arsenal and Guardiola at Manchester City to make Manchester United a challenger in the EPL title race.

It was also a surprise to me that Manchester City showed a much weaker game than Man United. City had many mistakes in the beginning of the match, Bernardo and Rodri made elementary losses of the ball. United on the contrary pressed very confidently.
Guardiola made many mistakes in his team's match strategy. Therefore, it was no surprise that Manchester United scored two goals and won this incredible game.

Ten has tried with his two seasons with trophy in each of them, at least he is making United proud in terms of trophy unlike Arsenal and other teams that have a better season both this and last season without a single trophy.

Arsenal did well this season but they misused the opportunity they had to win a trophy after they were at some times leading on the top table of the premier league. They repeated the same mistake as last season and now they’ve lost the trophy and finished as runner up for two consecutive season. There’s no reason to sack their current coach because his performance remains consistent even if he hasn’t won any trophy for them yet. They will give him another try as they have strong believe in him for a bright season.

Arsenal have improved much compared to last season. They were able to stay pushing the title race till the last game of the season and end the season with two points gap behind the champion of the league. The mistake the made was a loss at home against Aston Villa which was the reason their points were reachable by Manchester City.

Competing against Guardiola's Manchester City is not allowed to make a mistake at crucial moments. They have capability to keep a winning streak when the season entering a crucial phase of the title race. Arteta has done an impressive job, they can't expect to get another manager to have a better season when they have to compete against Guardiola's Manchester City. Arsenal just need to maintain this level of performances and improve their resilience throughout the season to win over Manchester City.

It looks like Southampton is at least a difficult opponent for Leeds, at least the record of head to head results also at least proves that Southampton is still better. Yes, this was a big surprise. I think it was not for only you & me but for everyone. First of all, I think Manchester City was unlucky in this match. The shot from Haaland that came back of the crossbar could have easily gone in. Of course, the horrible mistake that Manchester City made in the defense when they actually conceded the first goal was unforgivable. they have paid the price for it as well.

However, I have to say the second goal that was scored by Manchester United was absolutely incredible. I thought that Manchester United should have kept a clean sheet. they also would have done that unless the goalkeeper that they have made such a mistake. He got beaten to his near post. Which he really shouldn't have. But anyway Manchester United was able to win the FA Cup. and that was also against Manchester City. This is going to give Manchester United some confidence. But obviously, the problems are still there.

Also an interesting match in the Championship today... Leeds will play Southampton... It will be a real battle and the winner will go to the EPL... It seems to me that Leeds have more chances, but probably the result can be unpredictable... The odds on either team winning are very high... I hope it will be as interesting as the FA Cup final...

It was a dramatic game but fortunately Southmapton held on for the second half so no more goals were scored.

Maybe at the beginning I thought Leeds would win because they dominated the game as well as the attack, but a little admired Southampton's defense was so solid that it did not penetrate into a goal for Leeds, and Armstrong's first-half goal was a savior for Southampton.

Yeah, a big congratulations to Southampton as well, I did not get the chance the watch the game myself since I was busy wit some other more important stuffs by the time the game was being played, but this was a game I previously looked forward to watching, and to be honest, I was believing in my mind that leeds will beat Southampton, though I wasn't so very sure since personally, I place this both clubs at exactly the same level in rating, so, It was some sort of impossible to predict for sure, which of this team would be the other, for this reason, I didn't bother placing bet.

But again, Southampton played a very good game just as you have mentioned, most especially in their area of defence, according to what my friend who watched the match told me, congratulations to them again, as we look forward to watching them win even more games in their future matches.

One of my friends who is a Manchester United supporter posted this image yesterday after they won the FA cup. Clearly it’s a joke about Arsenal bottling the premier league, what makes it even funny to me is that Manchester United fans despite having a bad season now have a trophy to celebrate while Arsenal who went head to head with the league champions City have nothing to show for their efforts.

It is really funny to see some Manchester United fans say something like this towards Arsenal. I don't even think Manchester United fans should come out and start mocking Arsenal in this way after Arsenal defeated them home and away this season. Arsenal is playing in the Champions League next season, but Manchester United just had an opportunity in Europa, so I don't think mocking Arsenal fans in this way will cause them that much pain. 

Let’s take a little dig at Arsenal I will say all this talks are just too big rival clubs having a banter at each other. Arsenal were once again cut short of winning the premier league this season due to Manchester city and Pep Guardiola continued dominance yes we can’t take away the season Arsenal have from them we need to give them the accolades they deserve but hey I think people who say Manchester United had a better season are talking relatively to silverware and Manchester United aside the league winners Manchester city are the only club to win so yes on that level I support it that they have a better season.

Why will someone even think that a good coach like Arteta will be fired? I don't think any club on earth will currently like to fire Arteta for his performances this season, finishing the Premier League table in second place and making it to the Champions League quarterfinals with his current squad. Honestly, it is not easy work. Currently in the Premier League, one of the best coaches this season after Guardiola is Arteta. And with this arteta, I believe Arsenal will achieve what they want very soon. Arteta has the potential to win different titles. Let's keep our eyes on next season.

All this Arteta getting sack are just Arsenal haters spreading rumors or some of their supporters who are just biased to me. Let me not over hype but seriously Arteta is definitely up there with the young Managers with a great potential and with patience he will certainly get things done in the right way

I think it's quite clear that we are going to see ETH not stay, and these fluke will just be a story he keeps talking about for a long time in the future, there is nothing wrong with that.

It makes no sense to keep such a coach for just winning the FA Cup, the management are right to sack him, it's long overdue. Definitely, he's had all his chances to restructure the team and get them back to winning ways, but he hasn't loved up to expectation, so I think the management is super right by showing him the exit door. Sacking a Coach is something that can happen to any coach regardless of how well he has been to a team, sometimes a coach might have achieved a whole lot for a team and yet still get sacked and it has happened in other teams across Europe, recently Barcelona got their Coach fired, xavi who has been the coach managing them through their financial down time but still get sacked because of a difference between him and the management.

Arteta has been able to do so much for Arsenal and has been able to build a team to a very good standard but then if feels different not having a result to show for it which actually has been the reason a few would see him as not been good enough as a Coach because usually trophies are what most coaches do show for their performance a a good coach by the end of the season, so regardless of how much a Coach have been able to build a team, if they don't have a trophy or results to show for it then it do feel like they are not good enough.

If only arteta is able to maintain this form untill next season, it's very likely they will be able to get a trophy by next season because it's usually very embarrassing that they have stayed this long with all their good performance and have been unable to win a trophy, even ten hag who has been considered a bad coach has been able to win two trophies for two seasons which has made some people feel he's any better but then I think arteta is such a good coach that with time is most definitely going to win a trophy soonest.

You don't know that, and you saying that don't mean it'll happen, even as a Manchester United head coach, Ajax and Bayern Munich made moves for him.
He will join a bigger and better side if Manchester United says he'll be sacked. It's funny how most of you here watch football with so much bias and hate. I always ask if people that talk this way really played football, SMH.

That seems like a bit of a brutal expectation for someone, although it is quite obvious that Erik Tan Hag has very little tactically to offer Manchester United this season. However, some Manchester United fans still hope that Erik Tan Hag can bring more tactics next season with a high level of consistency to the team if they want to win more matches in the coming season. However, the selection of players in the transfer market also needs to be paid attention to because I see that there are several players who need to be removed from Manchester United for next season.
