Yes, you are right .Southampton played very well in the last match and they will appear in the the next leagues with full potential and I didn't find that kind of potential .  Yesterday,the match was very interesting but Southampton won the final promotion playoffs.  That was 4th   Championship and in this match ,the whole team of Southampton F.C performed well. The future of that team is excellent and I think in EFL three teams will play and they can perform better in EFL and they can stand with good position in EFL because they are hard working and they are making effort day and night. They have a chance in EFL to excel where they will get the chance to play against good teams and won against big teams and learn from that teams.

This is the 4th season for Manchester City to defend the Premier League title, will they be able to defend it next season? I don't hold out much hope for Liverpool or Arsenal in the coming season considering they will be rebuilding the club again, it will take time to get their chemistry back. Liverpool must begin the rebuilding process from scratch and they are going back to the zero again after klopp has gone. The king of UCL is back again after it has been hibernated. Lol. No hard feelings though. Manchester City have done their part to make sure they win the FA Cup but they could not. In Spanish La Liga, the it's easier to predict the outcome of matches between the big teams and the small teams but that's not how it is in the English Premier League and that's why gamblers are always scared of the league. In the English Premier League, you'll see a small team that's struggling in the league go to beat the strongest teams in the league and it's something that happens on a regular.

It's not just about seeing small clubs smashing the bigger clubs because I see such scenarios happening in other leagues too but just as you said, someone is following up with top leagues and observant would definitely notice how strong and competitive the English premier league is compared to other leagues. This rule violation issues for me is just overated, and its even more surprising to me when you made mention that pep guadiola and Manchester city could be dragged back to the championship, I mean how the hell do you even think that the board of Manchester city are going to let that happen for me all I feel that could happen is that they are going to be penalized maybe with a huge fine to pay and nothing else would be added or maybe a transfer market ban of which guadiola is meant to stay he could still manage but sending Manchester back to championship is just too absurd of a penalty to be given to Manchester city.

I was pained as a fan because why lose a final match to Manchester united that couldn't make a place to any Europa League only for Manchester City to make that easy for them to Europa League straight away, a position that is even better than Chelsea that came all the way from 10th spot to collect their fair share of conference league qualifications and yet Pochettino even got sacked for such performance, City could have done better than that shabby performance.
