The dismissal of pochettino has not been backed by any solid reasons yet but they keep saying that he's not got a winning mentality of which I don't know how well they would have wanted him proving that to them because he was literally doing his best and the team was gradually becoming productive than they had been earlier so it feels really strange even to me that they needed a different mentality from that which was been productive already.

Enzo Maresca did well to help Leicester City return back to the English Premier League in his first season with the club but that I don't think should be enough reason why a big club like Chelsea who's trying to bounce back to the top of English football again after three seasons of poor outings. The club in my own opinion should've sticked with Mauricio Pochentino who in the last part of the season seemed like someone who's finally found the best playing style that'll bring out the best from his players.

If they are quite patient, they must keep Pochettino. Now, Maresca has a difficult job, he must finish the next season in the top 5 (UCL zone). Honestly, I doubt it because other teams are more competitive.
