I agree that Ten Hag's performance was disappointing and he couldn't get the results they wanted to see from him during the time when he was working in Manchester United during this season and this made the fans of Manchester United agree to say the team gets him fired.

I think the expectation on Eric Ten Hag is too high. He actually could bring some changes in Man United squad. He can give a trophy although it is not EPL trophy yet. Everyone knows that Ten Hag successfully leads Man United team to win FA Cup trophy. They could defeat Man City in the final of FA Cup this season. In my opinion, it proves that Man United has a potential to be a stronger team and Ten Hag is a good coach. The problem is they couldn't perform consistently in the whole season, they sometimes missed the points when they play against weak teams. I think this can be solved by Ten Hag if they have more option of good players in the squad. Man United needs to buy some new players and sell unnecessary players. The defense line should be the focus to rebuild before the new season starts. Harry Maguire, Victor Lindelöf, and Jonny Evans aren't necessary to keep in the squad. I really hope Man United will sell these defenders as soon as possible.

I don't understand that he can't optimize the ability of some players such as Sancho and Rashford. Sancho is reported to have bad relationship with Ten Hag, he decided to move to Dortmund. I know Ten Hag performance wasn’t really good last season, and I never expected Manchester United to end the season at the position which they ended it, but from the way Manchester United played last season, I won’t be blaming only the coach for their poor performance, the players always have to be blamed, they have to change their mentality also, some players played like they are not really ready to play for the team, or they are not paid for what they are doing. If Ten hag is being sacked, there might not really be much difference with the new coach that will be coming if the players don’t change their mentality.

Yea he deserves to be fired but he was still able to qualify the club for Europa League next season even at 8th position, because he won FA Cup. This is a good record for the season. There are some clubs that did better than United this season but they were unable to win any trophy.

This is why Eric Ten Hag is given another opportunity to continue as the manager of United next season. Coach is not the only challenge for Manchester United. Manchester United needs more players to strengthen their squad, the available players seem like they are not strong enough to continue playing football. In my opinion, we can blame Ten Hag because since he refuses to get young players who can improve their games when other teams are busy signing many players, Manchester United will be talking about one player since the Premier League games ended, they have been planning to sign one right back. Ten Hag's and Thomas Tuchel, are all the same. We all know De Bruyne is important player for Manchester City and as a playmaker De Bruyne position is still irreplaceable in this team because in my opinion for that position there was no player can play as well as him but De Bruyne contract will be expired on 2025 and if he decide will not extended his contract with Manchester City then probably next season would be his last season with this team and indeed he should be stayed and extended his contract because Manchester City still needed him but recently De Bruyne has give his statement regarding his future in this team because De Bruyne was doubt he still playing well with Manchester City with his current age

Besides that De Bruyne has starting to often to gets injury even this season De Bruyne have to absense 5 months because of injury and De Bruyne said he feels he is nearing the end of his career in football so that's why he started to open his mind to listening to offers from other teams including Saudi Pro League teams because De Bruyne feel someday playing on that League is not bad idea and after these statements i will assume most likely De Bruyne will not extended his contract and leave Manchester City after his contract expired

I don't think, coach is the challenge of Manchester united, because Erik Ten Hag really performed well in my own observation in this premier league competition that just ended few weeks ago, and if more chance can be giving to Erik Ten Hag in the next season, I think he will try more than this next season. I disagree with you by saying Aston villa coach is more talented or better than Manchester united coach,  I believe you can still remember the position of Manchester united and Aston villa last two seasons that made Manchester united to ended up in a fourth position and Aston Villa ended up 7th or 10th position. I know Thomas Tuchel is an experience coach that know how to improve a team and I believe he will do well if Manchester united Management want to change Erik Ten Hag, because Thomas Tuchel helped Bayern Munich to get to semi final in the champion league competition in this season.

Why such conclusions about a good season for Manchester United in the Premier League, this season they showed the worst result in the entire history of the club, eighth place for Manchester United is a disaster. And they were just lucky that they were able to beat City in the final, and thus get the title and place in the EL, otherwise this season would have been a complete failure. I don’t doubt that it would be better for the team to change the coach, only the decisions that Manchester United makes regarding coaches (Solskjaer, Ragnik...) these are not the people who can lead the team to big victories, I’m also not sure about Tuchel.

I am 100% certain that Unai Emery is miles and miles better than Erik Tan Hag without a doubt, the comparison isn't even close in my mind, I think it's quite clear that Villa being higher up than United by that much margin proves that Unia Emery is an elite level manager.

I hear that United is interested in Tuchel, which wouldn't be that bad, I do not think that Tuchel would be able to turn this team around that easily, I think it is going to take some time, but I feel like it is not going to be that impossible neither. In my opinion, Erik Ten Hag deserves to be kept for at least one more season because he has shown good performance with Manchester United this season by winning the FA Cup despite many players being injured. Therefore, giving him more time and opportunity to develop with Manchester United seems to be a more sensible decision to improve Manchester United performance.
