To me, I don't think sacking Eric ten hang is the proper thing to do now, because he might not perform better in the league this season, but he managed to win them a trophy at the end of the day, so that is a prove that he is a winner, and if am not mistaken, this is the second trophy has won for Manchester united since he was hired as the manager of the club, so for Manchester united to still have that hope of returning back to their glory days, they have to keep a winner as a manager, not someone that doesn't knows what it takes to win a trophy.

Yes, you are correct in saying that the quality of players available for a coach plays an important role in a team, but that doesn't change the fact that it's the coach's strategy and the way he utilizes the quality players at his disposal will bring forth good result for the team. In a situation where the coach fails how to feature quality players rightly, the team that the coach manages will be doomed to poor performance despite having quality players sign in the team.

My point is that a team should have quality players and a coach who knows how the play those quality players at their right wing. I really don't understand everything that happened at Chelsea after Todd Boehly took over there. In fact, I was very surprised last season when Tuchel was fired. even though we all know Tuchel has brought glory to Chelsea. And the coaching changes have continued since last season and it all only makes the situation worse. And this season Pochettino improved it little by little and at the end of the season everything changed for the better thanks to Pochettino. But then Pochettino left.
