I took it for granted that Chelsea would simply destroy Everton today. And they had a really great performance and dominance to be able to do this also. But they really felt the absence of Lukaku and Werner for their attacking side surely. They were able to score only one goal but Everton didn't give up and equalized the score in a very short time. And the final result was unfortunately 1-1.

Chelsea, which is currently ranked 2nd in the standings, seems quite scary to face Everton in less than 2 hours. Chelsea are known to have a strong team this season with Tuchel where they have scored 38 goals in their last 16 Premier League match. Beating Everton doesn't seem difficult, but I don't believe they will score more than 4 goals today. About the win, I think it's a sure thing for Chelsea today vs Everton.

in the last chelsea games they have conceded goals and to make matters worse they win the games thanks to serious mistakes from the opponents, i know this is part of the games, but if we look at the past game between chelsea and newcastle we can see that chelsea won just because leeds committed two unjustified penalties. if leeds had not committed those two penalties, the game would have ended in a draw, in the game of chelsea against west ham in which west ham won the game we can see that chelsea was dominating and winning the game even in the first part of the game, but later the chelsea defense started to make many mistakes and lost the game. in my opinion this odd so low in favor of chelsea is not fair, maybe the reason is because everton has many players in doubt for this game? I can only find this reason for this odd so low in favor of chelsea

chelsea is having problems in defense and from what i see they would only be champions if citu and liverpool start to lose many games, because otherwise chelsea will not be able to be champion of the premier league and i think that even the first 4 places can be difficult for they if the arsenal is keeping up that good rhythm

Chelsea was very dominating the match, 81% ball possession and shots 23 times (10 on target). If we consider the stats, the result should be more than 3 goals. However, I think they were not lucky, only scored 1 goal after too many shot attempts. While Everton only made 3 shots on target, but they can convert it to be 1 goal. In my opinion, Chelsea players have performed well and done their best, they are just unlucky.

Liverpool were really convincing in the match vs Newcastle but sadly it was only 3 goals although I think they could have scored more. As a fan, I never worry about this team when they meet mid-table and lower-tier team because I believe Liverpool can maintain a consistent game. I know sometimes a weak team like that can be troublesome, but that doesn't happen in many games unless Liverpool lose a lot of their mainstay through injury or something.

Oh come on, let Chelsea fall a few point behind Liverpool now. I'm happy with the result, but of course they can improve everything in the next game. What I am obviously proud of now is that being 1 point away from Manchester City is not a difficult thing. So I just want Liverpool to keep it up with consistency.

They are even incapable of maintaining their advantage for long. They conceded the equalizer in only four minutes and couldn't react to it again until the end. The gap between Manchester City and Liverpool is still minimal and Chelsea is still participating in the championship race. Rafa Benitez is under severe pressure and on the verge of dismissal, so a point scored in a game with one of the leaders will be very useful. Despite the public support provided by the owner of Everton, Farhad Moshiri, still the 14th place in the standings is not what the management and fans of the club expect from the team. By the way, Chelsea have not lost in a home match to Everton since 1994, which did not happen this time either.

Congratulations to Liverpool on their 3-1 win tonight. It wasn't much difficult for them although they got 1-0 behind. Liverpool are so focused to win their every single game that they proved it once more here. They keep their place and follow Manchester City from one point behind. And Chelsea got a draw by 1-1 against Everton which helped the top duo a lot to relieve.

It is obvious now that Chelsea has lose form, imagine playing a draw with a much weaker Everton who had 12 players ruled out due to injuries and illness in Stanford Bridge, a win would have moved them two points behind league leader Man City, however flopped, soccer analysts must have predicted an outright win for the blues as well soccer bettors, though I commend Everton goalkeeper Pickford who made some magnificent saves to keep Everton from a defeat.

Tuchel should be already working on a solution for this team to get back to their old performance. Because they had really serious problems in defense and offense both these times. And this can even cost them the Premier League title if it goes on like this. Manchester City and Liverpool are way better than Chelsea now and it wouldn't surprise me to see them pull away in this case.

start the season with great results but now it seems everything went 160 degree! they are on the downtrend right after unbeaten run lol , this got me thinking that if tuchel failed to bring chelsea to get qualified for the next CL , he will get sacked.

Chelsea lost important points today and they are a little more away from Manchester City and Liverpool now. Chelsea made a really simple point loss against Everton today.

Chelsea are slowly falling out of the title race, I know it's still early to say that and the points gap between the blues and the teams above them is not much, but one thing to know is that City and Liverpool are on fire, and most times when City go top, they usually stay there till the end of the season, thus it's in Chelsea's best interest to start winning and stay close to the top of the table. As title contenders and having seen City win two days ago, there should really be no excuse on why they didn't get three points today, Tuchel has got some thinking to do and I'm sure he'll be giving his players some stick for their performance of late.

I cant believe they draw in that game i lost my bet on them its been a while since i ve seen  a 80% possesion with 10 shots on goal and more than 23 attempts i guess playing without a striker make it difficult for them to score, and after they did manage to score everton team got the equalizer from a free kick quickly after which was surprising and now 4 points away from man city its getting complicated for them.

draw is not a bad result, for chelsea this is quite disappointing, on the contrary for everton draw maybe the target of the results of this match because of the reason that everton lately in some games get bad results. and I think this result is fair enough for both teams. despite chelsea points with the leader of the standings are getting wider I think city and liverpool one day will slip which allows the distance for the big four to be even closer.

Arteta's decision to trip off Aubameyang as Arsenal skipper is one that is loved by almost everybody.Arsenal is a team that has so many young players coming up,so the character of the leader in the team is very important.

Everyone expected Chelsea to win this match. Many people including me placed a bet on Chelsea. Even when the first half ended in goalless draw. I thought Chelsea will bounce back in the second half and probably win the game. But, unfortunately Branthwaite equalized the match 4 minutes after Mount was able to score. And the match ended with 1-1 draw. However, Chelsea are now 3 points behind Liverpool, and with their performance lately It will be quiet difficult for them to slide up on the table.

Liverpool got their 2000th win.  Liverpool won 3-1 in the Newcastle-Liverpool game.  Goals came from Salah, Alexander-Arnold and Jota.  On the other hand, Newcastle continues to lose.

a draw made Chelsea lose many opportunities to raise its position again, even Everton actually performed better in the match last night. I saw a lot of attacks from Chelsea but the Everton defense was really strong. Seeing Liverpool who performed brilliantly even though they were left behind by 1 goal and then the situation turned around and continued to pass from the middle to the penalty box. Liverpool managed to make points to stay away from Chelsea. Only 1 point behind Man City which may be in the next match with Tottenham can catch City.

This weekend looks like it will be a disappointment for many league fans in the EPL, the surge in covid19 there means many matches will be postponed and only a few of the matches still to be played. I'm curious if there will be further tests or checks if they really have been affected by covid19, because I'm just worried that they're being dishonest and both can happen like making up and hiding the truth. Because even in other leagues it looks like it is still running normally and even though there is a spike but the league is still running without spectators like in the Bundesliga. Well, I hope they are all safe and sound from the surge in covid19, I understand because after all, health is the most important thing.

I don't know what Saul is doing in the team, his playing performance  is poor , no good tactics.  Chelsea performance was not impressive compared like the way they used to play. Also,  the reason for Chelsea bad performance is because most of their players are injured this could also be the the problem of chelsea, that's why players defense was weak in yesterday's match.
