Arsenal has an opportunity to finish in the top 4 but it won't be easy because they will compete with Tottenham and Manchester United. Both Tottenham and Manchester United can replace Arsenal in the 4th place if they can win all 3 remaining matches. We must know that they only played 16 times, while Arsenal 19 times. However, it will be interesting to see the competition of these 3 teams to get UCL ticket in the next season. I am sure their competition will be very tight until the end of the season.

Finally chelsea made it back to winning after two games even when the first half was equal between them and aston villa they managed to take control of the situation on the second half and they won 3 1 but unfortunatly man city team won and they are still in the lead with six points away.

Chelsea really need to win today's match to continue to put pressure on Man City who is the league leader for now with six points separating them, a draw or loss against Aston Villa would have dash their hope of EPL title thus would have allow City to extend their points to 9, a good game by Chelsea thanks to Lukaku who is back in the team and deserve to win, while Villa missed the services of Gerrald who is on isolation, his presence at the sidelines would have made some impact in the match.

Thanks to this victory, Chelsea not only kept the current gap from Manchester City, but also equaled Liverpool on points so far. We can say that only Chelsea scored in this match, including scoring an own goal and two penalties. If a team wants to count on something more, then they need to win their matches against rivals like Aston Villa, because draws or losses do not allow them to take part in the championship race. I think Antonio Conte is doing miracle every weekend he plays at Tottenham,what a performance they put on on boxing Day, Man of the match for me is Lucas Moura, Conte effect he is now playing like a world class,scored one and assisted two, Ben Davies was rested but Japhet Tanganga did a great job today, every player that start did well including the subs.

After few match failed get three points Chelsea success back to winning track again and defeat Aston Villa 1-3 with goal scoring by Jorginho and Lukaku. Although get twice penalty I think usually Chelsea as team always lucky with penalty kick getting in primer league and most impressive performance Lukaku success make goal again for Chelsea. Get three points make Chelsea collected 41 points and have the same points with Liverpool but left one match tonight and make Primer League will be competitive for City still on the top position with 47 points.

Tottenham are now back on track. Crystal Palace was  brutally beaten with a 3-0 score. One thing I observe about the match was that Tottenham were cooperative, and that lead to their victory. They dominated the game with 60% ball possession and left Crystal Palace with 0 shot on target. It was indeed a bad day for Crystal.

While Manchester City vs Leicester was probably an interesting match. Leicester tried their best in resisting City, but however City seem to be well prepared for the game. Anyways, Leicester were beaten with 3 goals difference. The winning helped City to maintain their position, and also increased their points gap between Liverpool to 6.

No matter how experienced the coach is, winning against teams like Manchester City, Liverpool, and Chelsea without a strong squad is like a daydream.
The teams are fighting for the title. The players are in the best form of their careers, and the coach is very experienced. At the same time, they have been able to stabilize the team. If there is no accident in this situation, they are very unlikely to be defeated.

No, I'm not sure about that. Chelsea and Liverpool are teams that will not make Arsenal's dream come true. Maybe they can end the season in 4th place in the table and qualify for the Champions League next season. But no one is willing to bet on Arsenal against teams like Manchester City, Chelsea or Liverpool. Arsenal are not going to win with a top team ^{[perhaps little chance of winning]} and that's their problem to get to 2 or 3 at the moment.

I doubt it, because the 2-3 places are also powerful guys, I think it will be decided by the joint matches, if the points are roughly equal in the table, but otherwise I think they have no chance to climb to such positions, even with such a confident game, unfortunately. But you do have to admit that they are off to a good start after a poor start

I know Liverpool and Chelsea are big teams that have been prepared to fight for the title, but that doesn't mean that Arsenal doesn't have a chance at all to get into the title race. In football, there are often surprises and anything can happen, so I think who can continue to play consistently, then that team will have a great chance to become a champion candidate.

Very early days for Steven Gerald here at Aston Villa and we can't give any good positive feedback to any person just after few matches he needs some good time and for having his impact on team with his strategy with current situation we have too many Covid-19 cases and players can't do many things which are important for matches it's not good. I am feeling good about his skills and quality he brings some good change in this which was not doing good in last few matches now have very good improvement even still many things need to do more improvement but still good work, and surely It's going to be more good in near future with some more time and experience at this level for him, it's his first appointment in this English Premier League.

Arsenal get a chance to be ranked 4th in the standings because some teams couldn't play due to postponed, it's good for Arsenal because they can prove that they can reach the top 4 in their current form.

A big test for Arteta in the next match, a home game against the favorite team to win the league this season, it is not impossible for Arsenal to beat City but the chances of that are very small, City's attack and defense are equally strong.

Liverpool will have some problems when some of their key players like Mo.Sallah, Sadio Mane, Naiby Keita and possibly Matip who is considering returning to play for Cameroun, once above mentioned players leaves for African Nation Cup billed for January commenced, a huge vacuum will created in the team and a big blow for Liverpool title aspiration, Kloop had raised his consign on the impact of departure of the players on his team and he said there is no need to sign new players as replacement, I think Chelsea will capitalize on a weaken Liverpool team and try to move above them on EPL table.

What I like about this team now is we play hard pressing. Players run from one side of the pitch to the other, yet no one seem very exhausted to do a silly mistake and give away goals. Something that we were always struggling with down the years. Tactically, I am pleased with this. But I am more impressed by the conditioning/fitness trainers and all the people working behind the door. If we played like this during Wenger's day, we would have a big list of players injured.

West Ham in the spotlight for losing at home somehow they wasted a chance while competing with arsenal really disappointing
On the other hand Tottenham move up to 5th place also have some matches postponed if Tottenham can use it of course they can catch Arsenal.

It is true that Tottenham has 3 matches left to be played to make it balance to the matches played in the EPL this season while the top clubs (Manchester City, Chelsea and Arsenal) had played 19 already with Liverpool 18. If Tottenham can win the 3 matches, the club will be above arsenal. I haven't checked the fixture, but did you think Tottenham can be able to win all the three matches. Arsenal will have the strength now to retain the fourth position and they will play good just for that. Let us see who will have the strength to play good and be in the fourth position.

 I predicted that Southampton will their match against Westham United.  Southampton boys did very excellent in the way they played the game, just that the time at which the the coach did the subscription of players was late but even at that the Southampton did well in their defense. Kudos.
