I think Southampton is a team that can hurt other teams from the top from time to time. Sometimes they just get destroyed, and sometimes you can't crack their defense and they manage to make it extremely hard for the opponent. This was such a game and Arsenal lost steam over the course of the game.

Southampton have often surprised the top teams so far even though they have continued to experience adversity but when facing big teams they actually played very well like against arsenal, I think actually in the match against arsenal, southampton played quite well even though they were 1 goal behind but they were able to pressing arsenal even so that the score ended up being 1-1, playing at home, southampton had higher morale and even at the end of the match, southampton almost added the score but unfortunately they missed a lot of chances.

Completely take Liverpool out of the league of the club's you have mentioned they don't look good so far they have been struggling game after game. I am sure that they will struggle in the champions league still. Tottenham also have been declining so far if you look you can't judge really but you cannot skip Man City, Arsenal, Chelsea and United in the list of club's for the top four.

Lol, so when a top club has suffer losses for one match only it's considered as declining? This is football dude, anything is possible to happen including a highest position club against the club in the lowest position. If Liverpool and Tottenham suffer losses for 3 times in a row, that's what their performance are declining. Man United wouldn't reach top four position in Premier League, there's many thing need to be fixed and evaluated.

If one should make comparisons, he is the best since Jose Mourinho left United. Sir Alex Ferguson was the best next to Jose Mourinho, Van Gaal, Ole Gunner Solskjear and lastly Ragnick. So far they lost points in only two matches and one of them was a defeat against Manchester United in Old Trafford. I was aware to Newcastle strength since last season after acquired by the Saudi Arabian Consortium in january they has clever movement on winter transfer window with buy some of key players and the transfer was very effective because Newcastle can avoid relegation zone and survive at Premier league and they had starting this season with unsatisfied performance but gradually Howe has successfully to improved Newcastle performance and 4th positions was belongs to them so far and i think big teams should be careful to them because they showed as dark horses team who hard to beat and Howe doesn't need to spend a lot of money this season but he can managed Newcastle performance for each matches

I think it's useless if it's in good management but Ten Hag's strikers are not qualified in terms of execution. Look at the last 2 matches Rashford has lost his way and his shots on goal are totally weak. Sancho instead became both Fernandes and Rashford who were just as selfish as wanting to score goals from a distance to no avail. I admit Ten Hag is already on the right path for Man United but that doesn't mean forcing young players to continue with ambitions with insufficient capacity. Still, Manchester United does need a striker with 2 capacities, both as an executor and as an assist. Holding the straight draw was not at all enough to prove the real Manchester United.

Even right now Manchester United are facing problem in consistency but still we have to praise new coach and his hard work for this team they are doing amazing job and if they are able to keep this momentum then surely they can improve their performance which could be helpful like we have from Arteta and Klopp both are having amazing time after sticking with their strategy and players so here now Ten Haq factor working for Manchester United, and they are able to find good opportunities which are helping them.

Most chances Cristiano Ronaldo factor is going to end after world cup, and they will allow him for any other club which is suitable for both parties because with current performance and development which is going without him doing good, and they can leave him for his better future as well.

So far in my opinion, I think they have break even because if you look at Manchester United statistic, they have conceded an equal amount of goal they have won leaving them with 6 won matches, drawn 2 and loss 3 and that has left them on the sixth place on the table with an aggregate of 20 points, only a single point difference between them away from Chelsea, and Tottenham. They are going to make their first encounter with West Ham next week and with the little they have played, it will be easier for them to overcome any of the above team on the table.

I cannot say Manchester United has had a good ride and performance in EPL this summer, it is below average compare to what they are known for in the past, Erik need to do better irrespective of the players he have available.

It will be a Shame if Liverpool didn't qualify for the champions League position next season, because the way they are going I don't think there is much hope for them, even right now the likes of Manchester United are better than them in terms of position and form same with Chelsea, I think if they continue like this till November then is finished for them, I can't believe Sadio mane absence can affect them like this, he is truly missed at anfield, I know some section of the fans will be asking their selves why is it not Mohamed Salah that left us.

I hope ronaldo doesn't repeat that in the rest of the season, there's been a lot of drama going on with him starting from transfer issues and his behavior this season. He must be able to accept all of Erik directions in every game and the match against the Sheriff could be a come back for him to be able to contribute greatly to his team. Honestly Liverpool performance this season has been so poor compared with their previous performances during when Sadio Mane was present in the club, I do think that Sadio Mane departure from the club has a great impact to what Liverpool is currently suffering.
In other words, We should also consider that there are still more 27 premier league matches to play and with the performance of Liver pool against the previous Premier league Champions Manchester City, I think Liverpool have more opportunities to compete for the first position or qualify for UEFA Champions league next year .
