I don't think ETH is handling the Christiano Ronaldo situation very well, Ronaldo is a legend of Manchester United and have done a good job since coming back,he scored 18 goals last season which is the 4th highest in the league despite Manchester United playing very poorly, for me Sancho is in a very poor form right now but he is playing regularly, Ronaldo is the best attacker he has right now but he is not giving minutes,I don't agree with his ( Christiano Ronaldo) decision to leave the pitch the way he did but Erik Tan hag should treat him better.

Ronaldo has played 10 games this season, 6 in EPL and 4 in UEL accumulating to 603 minutes he has played scoring just twice so far
Whereas Sancho has featured 14 times this season with 907 minutes under his belt, scoring 3 times and assisting twice. That means they both probably has the same goal to playing time ratio. Although there are matches that Ronaldo has was either suppose to start ahead of Sancho or Not been substituted.

Ten Hag doesn't trust Ronaldo to give him more playing time. This problem was actually caused by Ronaldo's agent when he went around offering him around to other teams. You can't build a team around someone that is threatening to leave. Although Ten Hag should have his shame of the blame for this chaos but Ronaldo hasn't acted maturely and that's why even the United Hierarchy are backing ETH.

Chelsea v Manchester united ended in a draw. Obviously, in the first half, Manchester United dominated the match. But in the second half they played a bit worse. It would be understandable, City built an insane team and I get that, but that doesn't mean that Arsenal should lose the leadership on games like Southampton, they should be beating those teams easily and then if they are going to lose, lose to big name clubs, that would make sense. Apparently, West Ham didn't give you much time to finish before Kurt Zouma found the back of the net with a close range header. Raferee had to award the goal after some VAR check and West Ham has taken there lead in the last minutes of the first half.
I still don't see much reason why West Ham shouldn't emerge victorious in the fixture. Bournemouth haven't been in the best of form and compared to them, West Ham is a much stronger side. Also, West Ham's next game is against Manchester United and they would be heading to Old Trafford for this encounter and that won't be an easy match especially with the fact that, Manchester United just shared point with Chelsea few days ago.
