The transfer by Arsenal and Chelsea are different, Arsenal sign Rice, Havertz and Timber where many big clubs also looking to sign them, it's a proof where the players' quality is good. The gunner has amazing ran last season but disappointed result as always. How many times arsenal was repeating the same thing over and over again. People are very familiar with the club as a club that will never won trophies even though it has been leading the league for so many weeks in english premier league. People are even calling this as a banter club. It will be so dumb if arsenal will have same performance as last season.
