With the speed of Maguire, he will be more matched with Serie A style but he is too naive and will be easily beaten by very tricky players in Italy. Moving to Saudi Arabia sounds good as I believe no big clubs in Europe want to buy Maguire. He only deserves to play at average clubs, not big ones.

Tough decision, I don't think it is. Maguire did not have chance to play for Manchester United too much in the last season and he had bad performances for them when he was given chances. It will be very difficult for Manchester City to win the Champions League next season because Manchester City has tough opponents such as Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and Arsenal. But these teams are going to form teams with great players for the next season.

Real Madrid is better than Barcelona this season in my opinion. That's why they are great candidates in Spain and UCL. Of course, Manchester City is still the biggest favourite. Comparing Arsenal with Man City will not yield a good balance because the two are not the same when it comes to the brilliance and consistency of their coaches. The weakness in Arsenal later got revealed due to a few injuries and all these still lead to the blame of the coach as that is part of what is expected of him to get the viable mains and backups. You also have a good observation that Alvarez and Foden are good backups for Man City, it is part of the plan.
