I'd say it's a good move from Harry Kane. Season in, season out, Tottenham end up without a trophy. They've had multiple chances at winning trophies but so far, they have lost all of those chances and it doesn't seem like they would win one anytime soon judging from their perfin the just concluded season. Kane isn't getting any younger. If he wants his name to live on in the football space, he needs to start winning trophies and that doesn't seem possible for Tottenham right now. I hope he would make the right call and join a team that would get him what he wants. Tottenham would keep losing top players to other clubs if this tragedy continues.

Currently, Liverpool have shown their team's hard work which must be appreciated by many.

Of course, despite failing to defend the title this season, their hard work throughout the season to stay in the Champions League deserves appreciation. Best chances for him to win a trophy would be to join one of the current leading team in Premier League because I personally dont think he will survive in LaLiga. United sign a new contract with Cavani so that is definitely no longer an option I guess and Pep could be looking for a potential striker to replace Aguero perhaps ?

Do Barcelona need him now? Aguero deal is almost complete and plus they are also trying for Delay Depay who also wants to leave Lyon and join Barca.

Yeah, Barcelona doesn't need any new top striker if they have signed Aguero and Depay. Barcelona may have not enough funds to sign Kane or other top strikers. Also, too many top strikers will be not effective for the team, they cannot play together, so one or two strikers maybe just sit on the bench for a long time then. In addition, the club management probably has difficulty paying the salary.

Kane to Madrid could be possible but haven't heard any rumours related as well.

Even no rumors, it doesn't mean Kane has no chance to go to Real Madrid.
I am sure Real Madrid will consider signing Kane because they need a new top striker. If they only have Benzema in the next season, they probably have the same result as this season, no trophy at all.

Spurs need a trophy to join the big club in Premier Leauge. One trophy can not guarantee that they will keep up their big position but they will have less start player blooding.

Without trophies, Spurs are like Monaco in Ligue I. Stars will want to have trophies, play at top levels and they will join biggest clubs like Real Madrid, Barcelona, Bayern Munich, Manchester City or Chelsea.

they were very close in Leicester 2015/16 season, but towards the end, they gave in to the pressure. as far as I remember the crucial game they lost from Chelsea, even if they did not at a high level at the moment.
until the arrival of Pochettino, they were mostly not candidates to do something serious. None of them expected to win anything, not even themselves. A few solid seasons does not mean that club going to be on top in Europe.
I don't like them, they do not have a recognizable identity.

I believe the team wants to keep Kane and that is the only reason he is staying as well because he doesn't want to upset the team and the fans. However if team allows him to go speak with other teams and get a good amount of transfer fee then maybe both the team and Kane could benefit from this.

I mean this way they would basically both get what they want, team would get insane amount of money because dude definitely deserves at least 100 and maybe even a bit more like 120 and that would be superb amount for Spurs, Kane would also have a chance to go to a team that would be challenging for championship and even champions league, I would assume they wouldn't want another premier league team but other leagues could work out for them.

I think that Manchester City definitely would like to sign a top striker like Kane now. City can make use of a much better attacking line and Kane wants titles. These things combined would be really great. Maybe Manchester Utd and Chelsea also could make an offer for him.

Real Madrid needs a striker, but it will definitely not be Kane. He is a pure striker like Jovic. And Zidane does not need those.

Milan needs a pure striker (CF), Kane fits with that position. How do you know Zidane doesn't want CF?  
Zidane needs someone who can replace Benzema because Benzema may not always fit during the season. Also, with a new CF, Zidane can make a more varied formation in the front line of Real Madrid. So, what's the problem with Kane? The problem is only about the possibility of signing him.
