Because the game has only been played for seven times for all teams and this season I see there are several teams that are strong candidates in terms of the race for the Premier League title. At least in early October, Tottenham will face Arsenal who now faces Arsenal performance as quite good. Although I'm not entirely sure they will be consistent. It could be that Tottenham has the potential to beat Arsenal this time. A little difference will make Tottenham motivated to beat them in this match. They defeated Arsenal and Liverpool both in really tough games. Maybe Manchester United's performance in their first games were really bad but things have started to go their way finally. the only 2 teams that have never lost until now are man city and Tottenham so I agree with you that arsenal is not the best team even though they are at the top of the EPL standings. After this international break ends and the league starts again, Arsenal's position will be replaced by another team which is indeed a good and consistent team, and who has a big chance is Man City. btw, man city is lucky to have haaland, who is hungry for goals.

You can't be so certain that Arsenal will be replaced. It's been years since Arsenal has had a great start to a season, and I don't think they'll let up their efforts now that they've secured the position they presently hold. They may have lost a game, but the most important thing is how they can minimize their loss and gain more points in each game. With their present form, I don't see Arsenal dropping from their current table position anytime soon.

Liverpool are very far from expectations, they lost the game that we have seen so far. In this season they don't show the gameplay they always demonstrate. Problems, yes of course this is a problem for them, in defense their game is declining as well as in attack. I'm sure Klopp is a coach who is sensitive to this, but until now I haven't seen a touch from him to get the team back to their best.

I have never come across such data or reports that backs the claim that Manchester United is always weak after the international break. Most teams have concerns for there players during this break because of injuries.

Some of these national team's games are played in low standard stadiums and some of these countries mostly the developing ones have substandard health care facilities. Also national football matches in for example Africa is very physical making players prone to injuries.
Hence some clubs tend to have many injured players after the international break. The performance of clubs that have bunch of injured players would definitely reduce.

what makes a strong team is not the name, it is the composition of the players that bring good results, in this case liverpool since the last games of last season was already showing signs of a drop in performance, it was visible that they needed to make big changes in attack from liverpool which in my opinion consisted of hiring at least 2 great players who score goals, they have diogo jota, luiz diaz and salah, but this signing of nunez was not good, what the coach should have done was to sell firmino, and in exchange having 2 good players who score goals, so he would already have more options in the attack and even if a player was injured the attack would not be harmed, in terms of defense, for me it is something he can correct, the biggest problem is in the attack. of course that current way liverpool will not have good results until have new players in attack
